Lindsay Lohan has been ordered by a judge to testify under oath about her drug use the night she was busted after a car chase on Pacific Coast Highway.

TMZ broke the story ... Lindsay refused to answer questions in her deposition about her d*** use the night of the chase in 2007. Cops found two types of c****** in her urine and also found c*** in her pants pocket.

The judge in the civil lawsuit just ordered Lindsay to answer questions about her alleged cocaine use on the night in question. Lindsay pled guilty to two counts of being under the influence of a controlled s********.

Lindsay's lawyer, Ed McPherson, convinced the judge to delay the new deposition until after Lindsay's court hearing on July 6, when a judge will decide if she violated probation in the case.

Will the hits never stop coming for 'Inferno' actress Lindsay Lohan? Now her assistant, who quit earlier this month, reportedly has been offered five figures to tell all about her former employer, according to the NY Post.

Sources said the weeklies have been offering cash deals worth around $50,000 to the woman, identified only as Eleanore, who reportedly quit because she was "exhausted" and "had enough of Lindsay's demands."
But one source added: "She has so far refused the offers, saying she doesn't want to tell on Lindsay as she's afraid she'll never work again."

Yeah, I can understand that worry. If you're going to do a tell-all that's going to get you blacklisted, I guess it has to be the type of money you can retire on or use to go into another field or something.
Besides, don't pretty much all the celebrities require their employees to sign confidentiality agreements? Lindsay's people would've really dropped the ball if they didn't have those in place!

It is odd. Celebrities can earn money in very unusual ways. I hope her unusual ways are limited to twitter advertising, product placements and calling the paps. It would be sad if she ended up like 'supermodel' Sophie Anderton
