well i just hope for her sake to never visit this thread, with all the hate in the comments she s gonna want to drink a whole case of vodka.

she needs support and to be shown she s on the right path, since she didn t drink or do anything with the scram on.
but if people around her are anything like the people on this thread then i totally understand why she s messed up.

i just saw the video of the sentence... i do feel sorry for her,for the crying,the struggling and as it has already been said,nobody is a saint but.. when the judge read all that stuff from 2007 to now..all the lies over lies,violations,excuses etc..that's quite a lot!not only gossip-like speaking but also legally speaking!
me,personally,i wish her the best (health,career...ecc) as to every other human being, but that was quite a lot to ignore, and all the bull---t she has done from 2007...she has to paid for that!they're called CONSEQUENCES and i know it's probabily harsh now, but this sentence might actually save her life..if she'll be really committed in it..
so in the end...i think it's not Hate..it's more Justice.

btw...that's is my main "fear" now..

Sources connected with Lindsay Lohan tell TMZ ... they fear for her safety -- even her survival -- during her two weeks of freedom before going to jail.
The judge could have sent Lindsay to the slammer immediately, but instead gave her until July 20 to turn herself in. Friends worry that Lindsay is now fully off the hinges and may not be able to resist the drugs and alcohol.

The catch-22 -- if Lindsay falls off the wagon she could end up getting even more jail time. Even worse, her friends worry Lindsay could become so irrational she could harm herself.
As if there weren't enough temptation ... there's a big belated birthday bash for Lindsay set for tonight at an L.A. club -- not the best place for a future inmate with a SCRAM accessory.

clearly she did not do what judge asked her to do. She missed her meetings because she was ``working´´, she was travelling from place to place and she was out every night. This is all her fault. Maybe she learns something from this. I hope so.

Jails are operated by cities or counties and are for short term offenders. You go to jail when you are first arrested and are awaiting trial. You get sentenced to jail generally for terms up to one year.

Prisons are operated by states or the Federal government. You get sentenced to prison for terms from 1 year to life. They are for the more serious offenders like bank robbery, assault, homicide, etc.

If you get sentenced for DUI you can got to jail for 1 month to a year, or you can go to prison for a year or more. It depends on the state and the seriousness of your offense.

LiLo should consider herself extremely lucky at getting 90 days. Her original sentence was two years as I recall, and on the probation violation she could have been ordered to serve the full two years which may have put her in some place like Central California Women's Facility or California Institution for Women.

seriously, fashionlova? are you lindsay lohan? apparently so. everyone should read her comments as being lindsay henceforth. and oh yeah, reading a bunch of nobody's comments should certainly drive her to drink a bottle of vodka because thats the only way to deal with BREAKING THE LAW numerous times.

where is the path? the path of clubbing every night? is that a path? what path is that? please answer that question. if youre lindsay, its ok, cause im young and im a star and no one needs to read my court proceedings, even though they are public. clubbing every night while under suspicion of numerous misdemeanors its totally ok and accepted, as long as you act and make money. furthermore, if you are famous, drunk driving is ok, because nicole richie and paris hilton survived it and deserved less that you because.......they violated probation? because they had more hire powered lawyers? are you kidding girl? seriously.

are the people around her messed up? yes. do others who have effed up parents turn out ok? i dont know. apparently, according to fashionlova, no, they dont. its not her, its the system. apparently, we should all be able to drive dxxxk and sniff coxxxxe and do whatever they he&& we want because we can act. lucky us. my life was effed up, should i get leniency? i think so. eff the law, i win!

Lindsay Lohan Is Going To The CHOKEY For 90 DAYS!

We'll discuss this shi* as soon as I get all the HAHAHAHAHAHAHAs out of my system.

...And I'm back, but don't worry I've saved a few HAHAHAHAHAs for when White Oprah issues an amazing statement regarding her "child" getting thrown into a jail cell. So, all day I've been glued to the live feed of Lindsay Lohan's probation violating hearing as if the court was filled with a dozen hard dicks.

Seriously, I couldn't take my eyes off that shi*. Between Lilo's cuntified b*tch faces towards Judge Marsha and her Adderal-flavored tears, it was the performance of her life! And unfortunately for her, Judge Marsha was not eating that shi* up with a spork. Judge Marsha sentenced Blohan to 90 days in jail and 90 days in rehab for violating her probation by skipping out on her booze education classes. Yes, if I was Judge Marsha I'd hit all the bars tonight, because you know everybody wants to buy her as* a DRANK.

Judge Marsha tooka chankla and deflated Blohan's ridiculous lips by spitting out a long laundry list of all her fuc*-ups, excuses and probation violations dating back to 2007. When Judge Not The One brought down her sentence, Blohan burst into tears. And that's when most of us burst into laughter and danced around our apartments as though our feet were angel wings and the floor was made of heavenly clouds.

Blohan's lawyer immediately asked the judge to give her 2 weeks before she surrenders. Judge Marsha agreed. But when Blohan's lawyer asked for the SCRAM anklet to be taken off today, the Judge firmly shook her head FUC* NO. HA! Blohan wants to fill her cheeks with enough bad shi* to last her all summer long. You can't blame a shifty crackie for trying.

Now we'll see how long Blohan actually serves. A spokeswhore for the Sheriff's Department says that on average lady inmates like Blohan only serve 25% of their sentence. That means the outside world will be Blohan-less for around 25 days. Hopefully in that 25 days, Blohan falls in love with a hefty cholita named Baby Girl who sets her as* straight. Or who at least shaves off her nasty eyebrows and replaces them with a pair of magical Sharpie brows to take the focus off those swollen labia lips on her face.
