This photo is sick. Her team really take the public for fools don't they. How about she does some community service without tweeting about it after 10 minutes saying how "blessed" she feels. I'd be interested to know about her experience if she's been helping them for 1 month or more.

Cash-strapped Lindsay Lohan's legal troubles may have cost her yet another job. Taylor Swift is reportedly in talks to replace Lindsay in the romantic comedy One Night With You.
Lohan was previously in talks with producers to play the lead in the film which is about a starlet who decides to go on a reality dating show to revive her flagging career (hey, that's not a bad idea for Lindsay's real life!)
"It appears the romantic comedy may finally be off the table for Lindsay Lohan. The producers had actually talked to Taylor Swift's agent a few months back about replacing Lindsay, but Taylor was in the middle of her tour," a source told WENN. "Now that Lindsay can't conquer her troubles, they're taking the offer back to Taylor."
Taylor previously appeared in the films Valentine's Day and Hannah Montana: The Movie and in a guest-starring stint on CSI. But can the country cutie handle a starring role in a major rom-com?

While Lindsay Lohan did good by visiting a homeless shelter in L.A. over the weekend, she was quietly shopping around a photo of herself wearing her SCRAM bracelet days after leaving jail."Lindsay Lohan was calling around the pap agencies all weekend trying to get $10,000 up front to pose up in the SCRAM bracelet," a reliable insider tells UsMagazine.com. "All of the major players passed, and she ended up doing the setup with a small agency." It's a moment that makes every defense lawyer cringe. The client begs for one more chance, but the judge won't buy it. For Holley and Lohan, the scenario has become all too familiar.
The plea deal Blair Berk cut for Lohan in the 2007 case began to fall apart in July. As Judge Marsha Revel ticked off examples of Lohan's failure to take responsibility, it became obvious that Holley would not be able to make the save.

Back to court Holley and Lohan went. Lohan showed little emotion Friday as Holley asked Beverly Hills Municipal Court Judge Elden Fox if he would consider bail. "May I be heard?" Holley asked. "Nope," the judge responded and Lohan was handcuffed and led away.


"That shocked me," Holley said. She followed Lohan into the holding cell, and "she just locked eyes with me," Holley recalled. "Promise me you're going to get me out of here," Lohan pleaded, according to Holley, who quickly replied, "I promise you."
