Michael Sr's statement to x17 he says Dina is using Michael Jr as her mouth piece following her terrible interviews.

"Since Dina and Lou are going to try to be co-conservators, I had a choice of fighting it or petitioning for the purpose of appointing two conservators who don't have an interest in Lindsay's money, but rather her as a person and human being. It is being worked on and NO I will not be conservator but I will be damned if Lou Taylor (who only knows Lindsay 3 months) or Dina (who can't handle herself or her own financial affairs) are co-conservators. I just want Lindsay's life and career to be guided by people who are in it with their hearts, NOT their hands.
Now, being that Dina has been gagged due to her constant lies to the press, media, public, courts and people in general, she is using a normally quiet an innocent person as her mouth piece . First, to spread her BS, and second as her new pawn. Speaking of Leeches. Okay. How about Dina earning alll her income from Lindsay,? How about Dina's innocent mother " nana", who Dina uses the money she gets from Lindsay to support? How about her EX Con brother Paul ( who defrauded the 911 Victims fund for $1,000,000) and borrowed $50,000 from Dina( Lindsay's money) but never paid it back? How about Paul's wife RoseMarie, who worked for years for Dina ( paid for with Lindsay's money? How about Dina's security "forces" paid for by Lindsay? And how about ME? Who NEVER TOOK OR BORROWED ONE CENT FROM LINDSAY? Instead , I gave Dina the house with over $1,000,000 in equity. $250,000 to cover the expenses for 3 years.While Dina owes my family over $100,000, Tony Almeida over $500,000 and lanscapers, contractors,the pool company and even Carvel Money she hasn't paid!!
So tell me. who are the leeches?
Now here's a new kicker. While my wonderful son, Michael studied as a straight A business major in college, and I got him offers from two highly regarded Wall Street Firms, Dina now has been pitching a movie she is "producing" with Michael as the starring role. Michael is the best person Dina has in her corner and she is even using him. Her own son.!! And it goes deeper! How sick is this. Let her say any of this is a lie and I WILL prove it."

I highly doubt Lindsay will be put under conservatorship. Those are extremely rare because they infringe severely upon liberties and freedoms. Otherwise, it would be very easy for anyone who has any sort of mental illness or ***please see tFS community rules*** to be put under one.

It only happened in Britney's case because 1) she had a HUGE $50 million+++ estate at stake (thus the business conservatorship) and 2) she was at the point where she was holding her own kids hostage and being put under psychological lockdowns (personal conservatorship). They don't just hand these out. Lindsay's only problem is that she has ***please see tFS community rules***. That's not enough to put her under conservatorship or every ***please see tFS community rules*** would have one. And her business empire is nowhere close to Britney's.

A photographer on the scene tells us: "Lindsay was chatting with the woman who accompanied her and she looked like she was feeling positive and in a good mood. She didn't dress in casual clinical clothes either -- she was her usual fashionable self in knee-high boots and a sleeveless dress. It's really hot out there in the desert."

but seeing as shes been in rehab about 3245 times, i cant say that..
