Maybe Lindsay has some hidden talent like that?

Great idea!

(I guess fashion design would be out of the question at this point...)

 Oh so true! I`m still traumatized by her 'creative consultant' (whatever that may have meant...) times at Ungaro...
...aside from that the "embarracing celebrity-WANNABE-designer-fashion-corner" is already full with Kanye, Kimora, Lauren Conrad etc etc.

So, what hidden talents could Lindsay discover in her current lifestyle? Let`s think...

- Bar & Restaurant critic: I bet the girl knows where to get the best cocktails in L.A.
- "How to not scare men off with expensive looks" columnist: she sure knows how to make any 5000$ outfit look cheap...

Oh wait! I GOT IT! In case she ever manages to stay in rehab and stay sober for 6 mix month she MUST write a self-help book on her successfull struggle against addiction (before relapsing again). Of course, Dina, Ali and Michael must write additional books how they helped as family!
Don`t laugh - the s*it could sell for 3 month and at least pay Chateau Marmont and rehab!

Well, the only thing that would shock me at this point would be if Lindsay Dee did about 9 months in the County Jail without possibility of parole...
Just in from TMZ...

Lindsay Lohan has been kicked out of the program where she was supposed to complete her community service because she violated the rules numerous times ... TMZ has learned.

Judge Stephanie Sautner ordered Lohan to serve 360 hours at the Downtown Women's Center in L.A., as part of her probation in the shoplifting case. Part of the deal -- the judge required her to be reliable, non-disruptive, and serve at least 4 hours at a time.

But sources tell us ... Lindsay blew off 9 scheduled visits ... and when she did show up, she would often bail after working there for only an hour.

Sources say ... 2 weeks ago, she was terminated from the Women's Center because of the violations. The Probation Department's volunteer center has now assigned her to a new community service program at the Red Cross. We got a pic of Lindsay doing her community service there earlier this week.

Now here's the BIG problem ... Lindsay is due back in court next week for a progress hearing. Judge Sautner made it clear ... there would be no more second third fourth fifth sixth chances. If she screwed up again, she was going to jail.

And just for bad measure, we've learned aside from Lindsay's violations at the Downtown Women's Center, the number of community service hours she has racked up so far is "very unimpressive."

I think jail would be the best thing for her at this point. She would be out of sight and not able to engage in her troublesome lifestyle choices. She could clear her head and make a true commitment to getting back on track. She looks so busted now I don't see how she can get any more modeling or acting gigs unless she goes really low rent and starts doing p*rn.

Britney Spears was lucky her parents-- or her dad at least- stepped in when they did and took control of her life. Too bad Lindsay's parents are too busy leeching off her fame and dwindling income.

It was SUPER-GENEROUS of the judge to rule that she only had to work 4 hours in a row!
Consider that a 'normal day of work' is 8 hours (leave alone the people who have to work 12 hours or two jobs!)

...and LiLo left after 1 hour!?! Jesus...

...let`s see what happens now...one thing is for sure: celebs don`t go to jail. And even IF she would be send to jail, she`d cry until they send her to a "psychiatric facility" aka a luxurious 'clinic' in the Hollywood Hills with gardens, swimming pools, massages, Yoga, detox, TVs, telephones and other 'celebs' ensuring her that her lifestyle is ok...

Hmmm ...... wonder what it is that rots your teeth out so fast? And it's not cigarettes & coffee.

^ Amazing isn't it? :( I wonder if this judge is going to finally do their job and get her for parole violation, is it next week? Maybe (maybe) it will get her attention to do 90 days in the County Jail, you know, and not be let out in 12 hours...? No wonder she doesn't take any of this seriously...

Even if she gets thrown in jail, it won't be for long since she's only on a misdemeanor. I think when people keep saying to throw her away, they forget that she isn't going to prison. The best thing to help her would be regular testing for certain substances for an extended period of time.

^ And then when she fails the test, they lock her up and let her go because it is only a misdemeanor...And so it goes...

And furthermore...

Lindsay Lohan has violated the judge's order in her probation case by not seeing a psychologist at least once a week ... TMZ has learned ... and that may be enough to send her to the slammer.

Judge Stephanie Sautner made it clear to Lindsay during her sentence last May ... she MUST see the shrink every week, but she has not. We're told one of her excuses is that she's been working out of the country, but Judge Sautner made it extremely clear ... work is not an excuse for failing to comply with the terms of probation.

And, Judge Sautner said, if Lindsay violates any court order, she's going to jail ... period.

As we first reported, it's even worse, because Lindsay was kicked out of the Downtown Women's Center, where Judge Sautner ordered her to perform 360 hours of community service ... kicked out because she repeatedly failed to show up, and when she did she frequently did not stay the required 4 hours at a time. That's another violation of Judge Sautner's court order.

And there's even more bad news for Lindsay. Judge Sautner is going to be extremely unhappy when she learns how much community service Lindsay has completed. Sources connected with the Probation Department tell us, as of September 30, Lindsay logged a grand total of 21 hours, leaving 339 hours which must be completed by May 11, 2012.

Short story ... Lindsay could go to jail next week, when she appears before Judge Sautner for her progress report.

TMZ

You'd think she'd love spending an hour a week talking about herself, how misunderstood she is and her grand plans for the future.

^ Yes, but that would mean keeping an appointment (out of the question with her demanding movie and TV appearances) and spending some money, which is no doubt really out of the question!!

She definitely needs help, those teeth and the marks on her palms tell the sad tale about what she's up to. The judge is the only person in her life who can exert some control because she isn't being paid by Lindsay...we'll see what she does.

One question: WHY do so many people bow down to this moron?? We constantly hear these stories about her preferential treatment everywhere she goes! Why? She looks terrible, she is rude and crude, has no money to spend, expects everything for free, disrupts and abuses at every stop- I would just say 'you can't come into my place and don't come back'!! My God- Madonna and Lady Gaga don't pull this stuff, and she gets away with it constantly!!

Page Six of the NY Post...

Lindsay Lohans reps are ordering clubs where she parties not to play songs by rapper Pitbull, whom she’s suing over his lyrics “I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.”
Lohan was not amused when Pitbull, real name Armando Christian Pérez, name-checked her and her legal woes in his hit “Give Me Everything.” Lohan claims in court, “Defamatory statements ... are destined to do irreparable harm,” and she “is a professional actor of good repute and standing.”
Now her team doesn’t want her to even have to hear Pitbull’s music.
A source at Wednesday’s party for THQ’s “Saints Row: The Third” video game at LA’s Supperclub told us: “Club staff were told that if any Pitbull song comes on, Lindsay would leave -- [it’s] hard since he’s on so many hit songs right now. They briefed the DJ, actress Taryn Manning, that she could not play any Pitbull songs for the time Lindsay was at the event.” Interesting to know that’s the way to get Lindsay to leave your party.

Lohan’s rep, Steve Honig, explained, “I told THQ that I would appreciate it if they did not play any Pitbull at the club. Lindsay was not aware of it, and she didn’t have anything to do with it. Even now she has no idea I did that. If they did play Pitbull, there was no chance she would have walked out.”
Yesterday it was reported that Lohan was supposed to serve 360 hours of community service at Los Angeles’ Downtown Women’s Center, but was given the boot for violating the rules. TMZ reported she missed nine scheduled visits and would leave others early.
Honig told us, “I can confirm Lindsay is doing her community service at the Red Cross. She has already started there, and will continue there. Further than that I cannot comment. She has a court date next week and she fully intends to comply with what the court tells her to do.” Lohan has been ordered to complete 480 hours of community service by April. She’s due back in court on Wednesday.

^ I think at this point we can say her modeling career is over along with the acting and all the rest....

The picture of her cut-up hands and her decaying teeth is really shocking.

I don't really follow her much but I had no idea she looked like that. I don't understand how the people around her can say she is okay. I think at this point its just sad. I don't find any humor in this anymore.

OK- so could this realy, really be it??? Keep in mind 1) She has repeatedly made a mockery of the judges and the court orders, and 2) this judge has a reputation of 'no mercy'; the judge can sentence her with no consideration of over crowding, previous time served and so on...in other words: One year would be one year- period!! :o *Ordering my "Free Lilo" T shirt today... *

Lindsay Lohan Could Get More Than One Year in Jail

Lindsay Lohan could be sentenced to nearly a year-and-a-half in jail if Judge Stephanie Sautner decides she violated her probation, TMZ has learned.
The computations are complicated, because Lohan has had so many cases. But based on the 120 day suspended sentence for shoplifting, time served under house arrest, and her prior DUIs, the actress could be thrown in jail for a long, long time.

Lohan must be in court Wednesday to face the judge, and the judge has lots of questions, including why Lohan, 26, was a no-show nine times at the Downtown Women's Center, where she was performing her community service, TMZ reports.
And the judge will almost certainly want to know why Lohan didn't comply with the order to spend a minimum of four hours at a time when she showed up at the Women's Center.

TMZ first reported that Lohan was booted from the Women's Center because of all the problems and reassigned to the American Red Cross.
And one more thing.

The judge will almost certainly ask Lohan why she didn't meet with her shrink every Monday for one hour, as required by court order. Lohan claims she did a bunch of therapy sessions by phone.

TMZ will be livestreaming Wednesday's hearing, which starts at 10:00 AM PT, so stay tuned.

Hollywood justice system has demonstrated time and again it's inability to enforce any kind of meaningful consequence for Holly-crimes...

LiLoser will once again use the judges request as the best/only photo-op she'll get anytime soon.

It's all just another exercise of me-ism out there ... pfft.
