^ What is she talking about?? They threw her out of the program because the paps weren't following her to document her attendance?? And what does her court ordered community service have to do with "going to the court"?? She makes no sense...

Lindsay Lohan will face Judge Stephanie Sautner at 10 AM PT, and the stakes are high ... her probation could be revoked.

TMZ broke the story ... Lindsay got kicked out of the community service program the judge ordered her to attend because she was a no-show 9 times. We've learned the Probation Department was extremely forgiving, reassigning Lindsay to the Red Cross, but Judge Sautner apparently is pissed at Probation and yanked Lindsay out of the Red Cross program and ordered her to work at the morgue.

Today's hearing could be explosive. It seems the judge and the Probation Department are at odds with each other.

Judge Sautner will certainly have some questions for Lindsay. Among them -- how could she have seen a shrink every week as she was required to do if she was out of the country for several weeks?

And Judge Sautner will surely have some choice words for the Probation Dept. and Lindsay over a remark in the Probation report, which says one of the reasons Lindsay left the Downtown Women's Center was because it was "not fulfilling." Seriously.

We're told Shawn Chapman Holley, will bring a bail bondsman to court in case the judge revokes Lindsay's probation. The judge could set bail as high as $100,000. If Lindsay's probation is revoked, the judge will set a hearing to determine if Lindsay should go to jail -- for as long as a year-and-a-half.

Perez Hilton was on Howard Stern this morning talking about a meeting he had with Lindsay to try and advise her a few months ago...to hear him describe her, it sounds like a total trip!

Wow- that was exciting!! :rolleyes:Now for the clueless, innocent little girl routine (for about the tenth time...) "I didn't know this stuff had to be done this year!! Nobody told me!!!" ;)

judge has all the right, glad she didn't step out for a millimeter. it's absolutely hideous to what extend these excuses are coming...
and the whole eyerolling throughout the hearing was disgusting.

i tried watching some of the stream on TMZ, it was a bit herky-jerky unfortunately.

the camera panned on lindsay's gold chanel bag.
wonder what the retail value is..

i guess its not as bad as martha strewart bringing her 20,000$ birkin to court. :innocent:

I did feel a twinge of sadness for her when her lawyer said that her family is financially dependent on her. And also that she can only get work outside of the country. Yikes. I know she is still hot sh*t in certain fashion circles because they are fine with all the abuse, but it's still sad.

Clock is ticking on how long she'll be in custody --- 5, 4, 3, 2....

she received a check for a half a million dollars from Phillip Plein just a few weeks ago. i dont think anyone really needs to feel sorry for her.

she makes more money than a minimum wage worker in this country.

i cant believe that lindsay lohan would agree to meet with perez hilton! what else did he say?

I just can't with her anymore. I want to feel sorry for her but she's just living in a world of her own. She just doesn't get it and with her family I don't think she ever will.

PS. I don't know what the hell she slathered onto her cheeks...I thought she got punched in the face and was bruised!

^ Her make up looked like when little kids play dress up and just smear stuff on their faces...
What was the judge saying about there is no jail space for these things....like she can't lock her up? I don't understand...What sort of thing is that- I'm revoking your probation but I can't send you to jail??

the way she stormed out of the room, not wanting to be touched by the policeman and rolling her eyes at the judge...it's so obvious that she doesn't take any of this seriously at all. but i guess with all the second (100 million) chances she gets that's not a big surprise, why should she care about any of this when she knows that nothing will happen anyways.
