Troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan just landed in Miami this afternoon for a weekend in the sun – and at work.

The 24-year-old is scheduled to do a fashion shoot on a specially-built set for about six hours Saturday in Miami Beach, Radaronline.com has learned.

And it’s all for a big interview to be published June 15 in Plum Miami magazine.

The shoot, and a subsequent in-depth no holds barred interview with Plum CEO Jerry Powers, will also be broadcast on cable’s Plum TV June 15.

Why June 15?

That’s the day before Lohan is scheduled to surrender to authorities in Los Angeles. The Mean Girls and Freaky Friday actress is expected to start serving two weeks in jail after pleading no contest to a charge that she stole a necklace from a Venice Beach jeweler earlier this year.

“They’re keeping the details of the shoot very hush hush,” said a Plum Miami spokesman. “But it’s an elaborate set built just for this. I think they’ll give her a more innocent look.”

The interview, meanwhile, is expected to be one of the most in-depth Lohan media chat in recent years. She expected to be asked about the hardships of *********, past, court appearance and the obstacles of growing up famous.

Lohan is scheduled to return home to Los Angeles Monday.

Where are you living?

Lindsay:
Everyone knows where I live, it sucks, I’m in Venice Beach and I love it, it was good for me to get out of West Hollywood… it’s too chaotic, I wanted to get away. It’s really nice, it’s a community and I can walk around, it’s too far for the Paparazzi.

Kyle:
We were at Chateau Marmont the other day and you said you used to live there?

Lindsay:
I lived at the Chateau Marmont for like two and a half years…

Jackie O:
I always wondered why you lived there for so long?

Lindsay:
I felt safe and I really trusted the people that worked there, I didn’t feel the need to go out, I could go downstairs and have dinners and meetings… everything was all in one place, I value being alone now, I love spending time by myself… back then I was afraid to be alone. I did waste a lot of money staying there it was irresponsible of me.

Jackie O:
What would you do differently now, do you live with regret, do you wish you’d been more frugal with the money?

Lindsay:
I think everything happens for a reason. If you start forgetting things you start trying to fool yourself of what you did. And timing is everything. It gives you different perspectives on life, it made me be aware of being protective of my sister.

Jackie O:
Are you a tough girl, does this upset you…or do you not let it get to you?

Lindsay:
I ignore it… I do cry though when I’m upset. I’ve lived a lot.

Kyle:
You’ve lived a lot, you’re a little bit terrifying… you’re in charge of yourself there’s no mistaking that.

What are you really like?

Lindsay:
What’s difficult is that I grew up in the public eye, I didn’t really have those college years… I was pretty irresponsible, I’ve done what I’ve had to do in terms of the mistakes I’ve made… I was definitely put in the position where I wasn’t putting my work first… and I didn’t even know if I wanted to, because I worked so much. Once I start filming, that’s the best thing for me right now… I had to grow up. I’ve definitely had to weed out people from my life who were around me for the wrong reasons.

Jackie:
What about your real friends Lindsay?

Lindsay:
I have a really good group of people around me now who are loyal.

Kyle:
You look after your sister too, you’re always there for your sister… she’s a gorgeous looking girl…she swung into dinner the other night and there was some sort of ‘sisterness’ going on there.

Lindsay:
She’s 17, she’s 5.9 and really pretty, she has an amazing voice, I’m always looking out for her.

Jackie :
At one stage you and Nicole, Paris and Mischa were good friends… was there a big falling out?

Lindsay:
No, I think it was just a social thing, I still talk to Nicole and I know her kids…you see people in passing, it becomes more of an acquaintance friendship…My best friends are my friends from New York, that I’ve grown up with and I know that I can always depend on.

Jackie O:
Is it true that Paris Hilton recently apologised to you?

Lindsay:
Yeah, she emailed my friend and wrote this massive apology, she said something on her show and apparently it was mean.

Those rumours about you being uninsurable… the reason you couldn’t get any roles is because no one would insure you?

Lindsay:
I’m insured. There was no problem insuring me… it just costs them a little extra money, it did for Gotti…

Kyle:
The premium has gone up!

Lindsay:
I would even hold my pay until after filming if I had to because I love working.

Kyle:
The average mum in the hair salon would read magazines and think she’s a booze hound and a party girl… that’s not what you’re like… you’re not drinking, you’re not partying… I mean you could make a party in a second… Plenty of people come over when you’re out.

Lindsay:
I don’t leave my house that much in Venice Beach… I cook a lot. I paint, I write, I watch a lot of TV.

Jackie O:
What shows do you watch?

Lindsay:
I don’t watch Glee… they’ve made a lot of snarky remarks about me. I think they’re all really talented and their work schedules are insane, it’s seven days a week, that doesn’t sound legal.

I love him he’s one of my favourite actors, he’s amazing.

Jessica Alba?

She’s sweet…we’re good friends.

She’s an amazing woman, she’s always been there for me when I’ve needed someone to talk to… she’s like another mother figure.

Aaron Carter apparently you guys dated for a while…?

Lindsay:
I’m not saying anything, we were 13, he was really sweet.

Kyle:
John Travolta?

Lindsay:
He was the nicest person when I met him…he said really nice things about me I felt really lucky… his eyes are amazing it’s crazy.

Lindsay:
She’s sweet… she’s so good with her kids, it’s really nice to see. She loves her kids, that’s where her focus is.

Lindsay:
He’s funny… he plays a lot of soccer.

I was walking through the airport with a hat and glasses, it was one of the older men that work at the airport… I had a hat on and glasses and he yelled out Lady Gaga! He was like, oh my God! Lady Gaga! It was really funny the paparazzi were cracking up … it distracted them from taking pictures so I made a run for it.

What misconceptions do you want to clear up?

Lindsay:
I’m not this crazy person that people think I am, I really love acting, and I wish that people would focus on that and not focus on things that aren’t true…

Jackie O:
Do you party a lot?

Lindsay:
No, I don’t. I’ve gone through that phase in my life and I don’t feel compelled to do it again. I go to dinner. I wish the focus would change.

^ The point with Lindsay isn't some sort of natural aging process- it is that she obviously is showing the effects of her lifestyle in a big way, and doing nothing to deal with it... I mean, consider that quite a few of the Victoria's Secret girls are around Lindsay's age and more, several with children...It would be hard to say Lindsay looks like a typical Hollywood star in her mid-20s...
Edit: I think a 25 year old showing up at just about any modeling agency looking like that in a swimsuit would be laughed out of the building...just saying...

Modeling and acting aside, she was on the beach a couple of times in a brief bikini within the last couple of years, and looked nothing at all like that; it just seems she is getting really out of shape very quickly, and I am sure there is plenty she could be doing about it- just look at the difference in Britney recently...After all, roles are getting pretty hard for her to find these days even if she is looking fantastic...

She has not been on a film set since summer 2009 when she spent 3 days shooting a bit part in Machete. On the other hand she does photo shoots every month and shoots fashion campaigns for low end overseas brands, as well as setting up weekly photo ops with her paparazzi friends.

It's irrelevant what a modeling agency would say about Lindsay's body. If this magazine spread was featuring a model, she would be nameless body being paid to sell THE FASHION. Comparing her body now to a few years ago, I would much prefer to see any young woman looking like she does now.

Yes, she does.

She has always said she wants to be a Hollywood Star and a pin up, not a regular actress. You have probably noticed she takes her clothes of at every chance she gets because she wants people to look at her body, it's the quickest way to get attention without working hard. If I point out how her looks are fading it's more to show that she's a hypocrite and shallow. She claims to be working out every morning at 7am, sets up photoshoots in the gym and talks about healthy eating and giving up smoking - all of which are fake fake fake! If she starts being professional, respects the law, and makes great movies then people will talk about that and not her body. Until Lindsay realizes putting all the focus on Image will continue to backfire she won't bother to work hard on her former acting talent

Then how about doing a couple of seasons in a theater company and a couple of indie films that do not revolve around skin and borderline p*rn!? Maybe get a reputation for professionalism and showing up on time and ready to work! No, Lindsay most definitely and EVIDENTLY doesn't need to have a model's body. This is proven by the simple fact that a model with Lindsay's body would not have been booked for that job, yet there Lindsay is, at the shoot. A client looking for a model would have chosen the best looking body that attended the casting and it wouldn't have been Lindsay's body. Lindsay was not 'hired' by any client to advertise bikinis, Lindsay is simply advertising Lindsay. That is a fundamental difference between her and a model. She is not in the same category as a fashion model. Her 'job' is very different to that of a model's. That does not mean she should be ashamed of her body, it just means it's not the body of a model.

To be clear, I am in no way saying she should be taken seriously as an actress! I am not talking about her breaking the law or her crazy family or anything like that. I am not saying that her posing in lingerie isn't a ridiculous attempt at drawing attention back to herself.

What I am saying is that it's low to knock her because of her body. My last post got edited due to forum rules and things we can't mention, but her body looks perfectly healthy to me and that's all I can say. Think before you speak, or type.

There's nothing wrong with how her body looks. Yes, there are valid reasons to bash Lindsay but in my opinion the way this conversation is going is really distasteful.
