Lindsay Lohan is Giving Exclusive Interviews During Her House Arrest
In between parties, shooting commercials, trying to escape and making bikini movies, Lindsay Lohan somehow found time to indulge Life & Style with an interview about how really, really hard house arrest is, and that it’s taught her a lesson. For real this 18th time.
On the sacrifices:
“I was really upset not being able to go to my little brother’s birthday party. He just turned 16. That bummed me out.”
On how she’s so totally working and doesn’t drink anymore:
“I’ve been having a lot of work-related meetings. Sometimes my friends come over. And I get to see my sister, Ali, which is nice. … When my friends come over, they’re not drinking. Alcohol is not in my house, so it’s just not a part of my life.”
And then not ruling out drinking at nightclubs not even five seconds later:
“I don’t think you should ever say never.”
Yadda yadda learned her lesson blah blah blah:
“This may come as a shock, but I mean it: I want to start my community service. I want to finish that so I can work in August and September. You go through experiences. I do understand that I need to gain some of the respect back, but I’m willing to work hard for that. I understand the situations I’ve put myself in, and I don’t want to go back to that.”

Lohan Flunks Booze Test -- Ordered to Court

Lindsay Lohan tested positive for alcohol earlier this month ... and has been ordered to appear in front of an L.A. County Superior Court judge tomorrow morning ... and the Probation Dept. wants her in jail.
Here's what we know. Lindsay was tested twice last week. Sources tell TMZ ... Lindsay tested positive for alcohol on one of the tests and negative on the other. In both tests, she tested negative for drugs. One of the tests was administered just after Lindsay had a rooftop barbecue party.
Sources tell TMZ ... the L.A. County Probation Department will ask Judge Stephanie Sautner to yank her out of house arrest and throw her in L.A. County Jail.
And, we're told, members of the D.A.'s office -- will make an appearance as well, to lower the boom on Lindsay. The D.A. is still handling the DUI probation part of Lindsay's criminal saga. The L.A. City Attorney is handling the necklace case.
The Probation Department is pissed off because they tried to force Lindsay to take two tests in May but Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Holley, refused to make Lindsay submit, claiming it wasn't part of her probation. Turns out it was, so Lindsay subsequently took the two tests, one of which she failed.
The Probation Dept. is also ticked that Lindsay is having parties while under house arrest.
Judge Sautner will hold a hearing tomorrow at 10 AM. Of course, we'll be there.

Another chapter in the never ending saga of " LIndsay LOhan Lies"...just in time to release an interview declaring that "alcohol is not in her house" she is found to be positive on those test..ahahah

"Today" show golden boy Matt Lauer was burned by Lindsay Lohan when he jetted across the country to her Venice Beach pad for a sit-down about her house arrest -- but the troubled starlet refused to come out of her bedroom to be interviewed for less than $100,000.
Lauer flew 3,000 miles to LA on Tuesday after the morning show to talk to Lohan for a segment that would have aired yesterday. But once he was on her sofa, Lohan -- who arranged the interview without her ICM agent, John Burnham -- changed her mind.
"Matt flew all the way to LA to do an interview they had already agreed on," a source said. "They had been talking about it for a long time. But she refused to come down at the last minute. Matt was sitting in the chair on the first floor, waiting to do the interview with his crew all set up."
Another source told us, "The deal had been set up for her to be paid $50,000 for photos or videos, because they don't pay for interviews. But she flipped out and said she wanted $100,000, or no deal."
"Today" spokesperson Megan Kopf confirmed that Lohan "agreed to a sit-down interview at her home."
"When [Lauer] arrived, she had a change of heart and wasn't prepared to talk for more than 15 minutes, as she had agreed, so the interview was canceled." But Kopf insisted, "There was no licensing or payment agreement of any kind."
Lohan's publicist told us last night, "No money was involved, and I was the one who called [the interview] off."
Lohan has been trapped in her house since late May for charges related to a necklace theft and probation violations.

We missed one!! While she is sitting around not doing the $100,000 interviews, she can always look at...herself!! In two places!!

She's such a loser, she really never learns. The reason she keeps srewing up is because there's basically no consequences for her actions.

Oh, no.
I kind of feel bad for her. I don't condone the legal system being to lax about her mishaps, but the fact that she is so self-obsessed (as seen in the photos/video)...that is something that can really be put down to Hollywood.

About the only sane person in this whole scenario that I feel sorry for is her lawyer, whom I understand is really good, and is certainly looking foolish functioning as Lindsay's stooge...Didn't she try to get off the case a while back? Must be hard for her to constantly go to bat in front of the TV cameras for someone who is so totally unreliable...You can always depend on Lindsay: She will always disappoint you!!
