I dunno, I catch her talk show once in a while and i think she's got something up her sleeves. Her cheekbones are showing again...I think she's getting back in shape and will do a semi-retirement thing like Linda Evangelista. Remember when Linda showed up at Dior a few years ago?! It was insane.

To bring the discussion back to the VSFS 2009, which models, out of the new faces, do you think should stay or not be in the next show?

Personally I think Eniko, Elyse, Anna J, and Anja should stay. They are so beautiful and really added class to the show.

I really hope we don't see Lily Aldridge in the show again. She had a terrible walk, looked really dazed and sl*tty, and I just don't find her attractive at all.

Chanel Iman looked trashy and was really arrogant in the backstage videos. She even told us to email VS and tell them that she was our favorite. Pst....we would be lying if we did that. And it was really funny how she was pissed when next to Sessilee backstage towards the end. haha

Aminata, I feel was like a placeholder for Emanuela. Aminata looked horrible and there was absolutely nothing sexy about her.

Dorothea, just go. She was trying way too hard. I can't imagine that someone like her got in the show over Cintia.

I agree on the Chanel front... she doesn't have the body type for VS, and she was basically Selita this year- trashy and trying too hard. I really, REALLY want Emanuela there next year.

Eniko should certainly stay, but I wouldn't be opposed to getting rid of Lily Aldridge in favor of Cat McNeil...

Absolutely disliked Chanel. The only place where I could watch her is some HF runway where most models are very thin and alien-looking ..of course with the exception of some, like Daria
But Chanel doesn't fit VS, hope they never call her back again. Too trashy, too skinny! and that outfit they gave her!!! What were they thinking??? hahahah
Emanuela OMG! Miseed her so much! She is an absolute stunner!

Mi not liking Dorothea =/ She look so weird ! I meant WAY TOO weird ! Her walk, pose, FAIL~! I like Eniko, Anastasia Kuznetsova, Erin Heatherton, Elyse Taylor. And Lindsay Scott look sweet to mi.
And I hate Chanel outfit and her personality in the runway. Her All Aboard outfit look only Lingerie from the top, PINK outfit look lingerie from the bottom !

well it was Dorothea's first time. look at Abbey Lee. Last year she looked so shy (or at least i got that feeling), and this year BAM. She was a favorite.

I don't have a problem with all the flighty, giggly VS personalities- I guess that's what it takes to appeal to mainstream audiences, how to make them a little less afraid of cheekbones that could cut diamonds and six foot frames- but my main issue is her look. I just don't see a Victoria's Secret model when I see her, and even though I don't like her as a model at all, at least she looks right at home on the runways in Paris and Milan.

I agree with you that I can't stand when girls just bounce around and pretend like they have no brain, but Chanel's character just comes off too strong and very uppity.

I think the Chanel hate comes from her attitude. I won't even make any comments on her look in with VS b/c obviously I'm not a fan so I won't say anything negative. I just can't stand when you hear her backstage and in other interviews talking about how "she doesn't have wings this year, but definitely next year" and things that come off as very snobbish. I look at her in editorials and sometimes like her, and then I hear her talk and I just get annoyed.

^^ I definitely agree with that whole comment. I used to be really fond of Chanel. She used to be so humble and unique in my eyes. But now her personality comes off as so arrogant and self-centered. I can't look at a picture of her and not think that she probably has it framed somewhere in her house that she stares at for confidence and self assurance.

One should hear her speak during interviews. One time she tripped and fell on the runway and during an interview was asked if she joined the club of models who have fallen and she said no, that nobody saw it. Is she stupid? There were so many pictures of it and it happened in front of an audience. If nobody saw it, we wouldn't be talking about it. Also this year at the VSFS, she kept making statements that she's part of the VS family now and that she's certainly gonna get her wings. Seriously, I just want to scream in her face that she looks horrible on the runway. Compare her to beautiful, humble models such as Candice, Flavia, Emanuela, Lindsay. Chanel is neither beautiful nor humble.

PS..I even found Kylie more humble than Chanel. She beat thousands of girls for the spot and at least is really thankful. Chanel just always says that she's an amazing addition to the show and that she will be a VS staple.

I didn't think Chanel was so bad on the runway. Granted I think she's still too thin for VS, but her walk was a lot better than a lot of the girls. Especially Lily A and Dorothea - I have nothing nice to say about their walks.

But I agree about her personality - she came off as being very big headed in the interview, almost like she thinks she's at Naomi's level.
