The WWD article in the Fendi thread says that Saskia will be in the cruise campaign, so guess it was a bit of a mix-up?

After Lindsey Wixson for Chanel, no casting will ever surprise me again .. She is probably the last girl I expected to see for Chanel. Even Meghan Collison would have surprised me less.

i think 1 girl- 1 image, so there will be around 30 girls totally. there was a rumor what there will be 3 girls only: chanel fav, newcomer and Saskia. looks like it was all idle talk...

im so disappointing with the casting and the ads all together this season. every ad has at least a billion newbies in it and nothing stands out so far. it is such a forgettable season up to this point. i hope the rest will be better.

the most disappointing campaigns so far are: CHANEL(i dont even have a strength to look at it twice), and dolce and gabbana

I agree with this x100000.

Also, Wixson for Chanel is rather expected. She always walks the show, and has worked with Karl and Carine multiple times, also for the Chanel Little Black Jacket book.
I expect more girls for Chanel though... I simply have that feeling. I would have expect Daria S, Saskia and Aymeline for example.

mine rumour about saskia etc? it's definitly not fake. Vitamin W (industry source) said that one a while ago in the campaign thread. But things can always change last minute and even after the campaign has been shot.

sorry, have you red what i wrote by any chance? i said what your rumor is different from what i ve heared (here) only for one unidentified girl, and it seems like it is not true. both of them. not least because there isn`t actually 3 girls, but much more, and saskia isn`t feature (yet at least)

Hmm I dunno but I don't think Saskia will show up in the campaign. The article about Joan getting Fendi said that Saskia will front the Chanel Resort campaign but made no mention of her also shooting for the mainline campaign. I feel like if she was one o the girls then they would have said something about it.

30 girls was my guess, not official statement made by insider, about rumor i said they all false. coz they are at the moment. and rumors assumed 3 girls and saskia among em.

usually chanel provides 27-35 advertising images, but only half or a bit more (like 17) are showing off in magazines/ web. i guess chanel can afford it and became a pioneer of way too much girls in ad campaign. anyhow, at the moment we`ve seen 5 girls. already.
