Emma doesn't create as much drama around her relationships as Kristen, she was with someone for a few years and has a new b/f now. of course it could be her (because of the hit franchise) but she hasn't shot a movie outside of HP in a long time and focuses on her education, so i doubt it's her

exactly, but she was out in the open with Angarano while those rumors swirled. the BI, IMO, implies that this person's love life is hush hush/product of speculation (hence the part "..has always been rumored to be in a heterosexual relationship". it was clear as a day she was with MA meaning no need for rumors about her, at least current at the time, partner).

no, i totally agree with this,but i got it more like there's always some kind of speculation over this actresses sexual orientation in this BI (like she's hiding her partners and that general public is oblivious to her except through rumors when there were lots of pap pics of K and MA in PDA at the time). nevermind...
i went to check... she did only The Runaways and now On the road other then franchize since she started working on Twilight. TR costume designer is woman in her 40s and i dunno about the OTR person since there's nothing about he/she.

Yeah, but the Kristen/Rob rumors have been going on for ages, even when she was still with Michael. I remember reading stuff about how she was 'torn' between the two and how she really wanted Rob but felt guilty because Michael was her first love, etc.

I doubt it's Emma Watson because her love life doesn't interest the press. The press are more interested in her life as a university student than her boyfriend.

Forgot to add a second guess: Vanessa Hudgens? High School Musical franchise. But her relationship with Zac isn't rumored and I don't think she's a B+ lister. Zac is, but not Vanessa.

Also Miley Cyrus. But the Hannah Montana franchise only had 1 film, not a "series". And her relationships aren't really rumored; she usually just comes out and says it (she used to do pics with Nick on twitter, I'm not sure about Justin, and she announced in Teen Vogue she was with Liam).
