^ I was wondering that, too..I guess when we see the choppers in the air and TMZ is streaming live!! Last court hearing they had it live on Fox News- the anchors seemed mildly embarrassed... Imagine years in journalism school and then "Bill- do you think she will be getting out of the front or the rear door of the SUV??"

Looks like cops showed up because Michael Lohan arrived at the rehab house.

I don't want my ex-father anywhere near me no matter where I am. He is crazy and scares me.
I don't want Michael Lohan Sr. anywhere near me, no matter where I am. I am in a great place and he only brings negativity in my world.

So 25% would be about 23 days? I am I right? And the number of "Free Lindsay" T Shirts sold during this time would be... ?

Officials hope Lindsay Lohan incarceration won't become a Paris Hilton-style spectacle
LA Times July 19, 2010 - Lindsay Lohan is due to surrender Tuesday to a Beverly Hills judge to begin her 90-day sentence in a Lynwood jail, but it remains unclear exactly how much time the actress will spend behind bars.
The L.A. Sheriff’s Department has not said exactly how long they plan to incarcerate Lohan, but authorities have said it could amount to only 25% of her sentence. Some speculate it could be even less, given jail overcrowding and the relatively minor nature of Lohan’s probation violation on a drunk driving arrest.
The situation puts the sheriff’s department in a tough position, coming three years after Paris Hilton’s early release from jail created national headlines and ultimately resulted in the hotel heiress being sent back to finish her sentence.
“The sheriff and his department know they are going to be under the microscope.
They know they are going to vilified if people perceive she’s getting out early or is getting special treatment,” said Dmitry Gorin, a former prosecutor.
Steve Whitmore, a sheriff’s spokesman, said it’s too early to know exactly how long Lohan will spend behind bars. While the Sheriff’s Department has guidelines about how much time nonviolent female inmates should serve, it’s possible that the judge’s order will mandate a certain amount of time.
“We won’t know until the judge remands her into our custody and we see the judge’s written order,” he said. “That order could dictate what the sheriff’s department can do with Lohan. It could say no alternatives. No work release or involuntary electronic monitoring.”
Jail overcrowding isn't as severe now as it was when Hilton was sent to jail in June 2007. From 2002 to 2006, more than 150,000 inmates walked free after serving a fraction of their sentences, many of them less than 10%.

A 2006 Times investigation found that nearly 16,000 inmates released early were rearrested while they were supposed to be in jail. Sixteen were charged with murder. The housing boom of the mid- to late-2000s helped fill the county’s coffers with property tax revenue, allowing the sheriff’s department to increase the length of jail stays for men to 80% of their jail time.
But in March, Sheriff Lee Baca announced that a new round of budget cuts gave him little choice but to step up early releases. During the fluctuations in early releases, the Lynwood-based jail that Lohan is expected to enter is one where jail managers have struggled to keep women behind bars for longer.
Today, female inmates who are sentenced for low-level offenses and who do not have serious criminal histories generally serve 25% of their time.

^ Yes, I think so...but seeing how Lindsay's mind works, she might have been afraid he was sneaking up to put an ice pick in her skull!!

Is there something (other than Jack Daniels) in the water out there on Long Island!? This whole family is crazy!
From the NY Daily News about an hour ago....

A day before she's set to hit the slammer, Lindsay Lohan still thinks she can avoid serving time.

Sources connected to Lohan told TMZ.com that her new lawyer, Robert Shapiro, has still not convinced the troubled actress that she must surrender to her 90-day jail sentence on Tuesday.

Even though Shapiro reportedly stipulated that Lohan agree to jail time when he signed on as her new lawyer on Friday, the 24-year-old remains convinced she will be able to avoid the pokey.

Her dad, Michael, however, isn't so sure.

Michael told TMZ he feels Shapiro should appeal Lindsay's jail sentence.

"I don't know why Robert Shapiro did what he did, to be honest," Michael said. "If he's representing her -- ethically, as an attorney, he should have filed an appeal."

Michael told the gossip site that he still hopes to find a lawyer to file an appeal for his famous daughter.

LiLo, however, isn't exactly seeking her dad's help these days.

On Monday morning, she tweeted, "I don't want my ex-father anywhere near me no matter where I am. He is crazy and scares me. ... I am in a great place and he only brings negativity in my world."

Edit: there is no greater place to be than hours away from going to jail...

^ 4 nights in the sober house have totally changed her! Not that she wasn't sober... anyway can someone please PM Judge Revel and tell her Lindsay doesn't need jail now.

^ Four night is all that is needed- she's cured! Next!!
BTW- why isn't (possibly secret Lohan Hater) Shapiro explaining to the judge that Lindsay has to get on with her life's work of opening Rehab Centers around the country? Oh, and doing p*rn star bios, of course...

I read that the judge was very strict and said no cameras/photos are allowed to be taken when Lindsay gets cuffed and shuffled off.

dont know how true that is.

What kind of director talks to gossip websites about the full frontal nude scenes in their upcoming movie?

Lindsay Lohan has taken on the role of adult film legend Linda Lovelace in the upcoming flick Inferno, which will start production after Lohan has completed her 90-day jail sentence and 90 days in rehab.
RadarOnline.com has learned the that fans will see a lot more of the actress following her release from jail, when she channels the Deep Throat star to the max and bares all in a sexy full frontal nude scene.

“There will be full frontal nudity,” director Matthew Wilder exclusively told RadarOnline.com of Lohan’s role in the film. “But it will not be cinematic nudity – it will be more violent nudity.
“For example, linked images of the Vietnam war – that kind of context.”

Although the film is centered around a famed p*rn star, Wilder wants the public to know that it will in no way be a p*rn film itself, but will be tastefully done.
“It’s not a p*rn movie, it’s an artistic movie about a p*rn star,” Wilder told RadarOnline.com. “We will not see Lindsay performing oral sex, but there could be some clever play with black boxes or other cinematic tricks that the viewer may see.”

Lohan, 24, was sentenced by Judge Marsha Revel to check into Century Regional Detention Center in Lynwood, California by Tuesday to serve 90 days for several violations of her probation, followed by 90 days in a rehab facility.
“I didn’t speak to Lindsay over the weekend, but my lawyer told me she could be inside [jail] for as long as a month,” Wilder said regarding Lohan’s sentence. “Everybody is hoping she will be released sooner than that.”

Lindsay Lohan Is Turning Denial Into An Art Form

lohancomplex1.jpg

Lindsay Lohan, seen here Photoshopped to Fuc* U and back on Complex Magazine, is living in a fantasy dream world where she thinks that she's going to skip into court tomorrow morning and Judge Marsha will tell her that Fudgie the Whale has agreed to serve her 90-day jail sentence for her. Fudgie will tell LiLo that he owes this to her for wronging her family. Then Judge Marsha is going to snap her fingers and LiLo's Scram anklet will explode into a cloud of whiskey-coated Adderall pills! Yes, this is what's going to happen.

A source tells TMZ that even though LiLo's lawyer Robert Shapiro has told everyone that she will start serving her jail sentence tomorrow, she still doesn't think that she's going to spend a second behind bars. LiLo's thought bubble of delusion is carrying the idea that Robert Shapiro will convince Judge Marsha to magically erase her sentence.

Meanwhile, instead of doing internet research on how to make fake tanner out of prison cheese and roach guts, LiLo is Twittering about her ex-father:

I don't want my ex-father anywhere near me no matter where I am. He is crazy and scares me.

IN A GREAT PLACE?! Did she Tweet that from the bottom of a Jack Daniels bottle? I mean, this trick is going to jail and she thinks everything is just pink dildos and pretty lalalalas. Although in her defense, being locked up without White Oprah around to sniff your as*hole for a quarter does sound kind of great.

Here's a few more pictures of LiLo getting molested by Mickey Mouse (symbolism) in Complex.
