No that would have been Lindsay herself. She broke the law, was arrested and put on probation and then failed to comply with the terms of her probation. Though I'm sure if you ask Lindsay herself than yeah, it's all her ex-father's fault.

Tyler Shields is doing a disservice to a potential Lovelace biopic starring Lindsay with his incessant promotion of it before it has been shot.

If you can't fund a film through the studio system, you look for other investors who are the usually the idle rich or bankers. These people know they are unlikely to ever make a profit (they would like to), but enjoy the glamour by association of movies. These films are usually thought of as independent films and because they do not have a guarenteed distribution, rarely are profitable.

Right now with all that controversy that surrounds her, any project with Lindsay should approached low-key. With constant negative publicity, the "glamour" is no longer there and as such makes it even harder to find these other investors. Furthermore as has been said, if you can't insure an actor, filming is next to impossible. It could be as simple as a city or council not never allowing to film in public because of it. Insurance in moviemaking is important but contentious.

Even though Lindsay Lohan is banned from smoking cigarettes in jail, TMZ has learned she can still appease her insatiable oral fixation ... with all the munchies her 118 pound frame can handle.​

Turns out there's a program called the Keefe Commissary Network Gift Pack Program -- which allows anyone with a couple bucks to buy copious amounts of belly-bursting junk food for the L.A. County inmate of their choosing.

We're told each inmate is allowed $135 worth of the KCNGPP's gut-bombing grub baskets per week -- and just to give you an idea of how much that'll get you, here's what comes in the $22.73 package:

-- Spicy Velveeta Refried Beans
-- Spam
-- Kit Kat Bar
-- Vanilla Creme Cookies (14 oz)
-- Cheese Curls (11 oz)

Michael Lohan: Money CAN Buy You Love

TMZ has learned Michael Lohan is on his way over to Lynwood with a fresh stack of bills in his hands ... in the hopes he can put money in LiLo's jail account so she can buy essentials while she's behind bars.

Sources close to Lohan tell us Michael isn't just planning to drop off the cash and disappear ... we're told he is also planning to drop in on Lindsay during visiting hours this weekend.

Obviously, Lindsay won't be required to meet with her father ... so, there's a chance she could turn him away.

We're not sure if Lindsay's seen it yet -- but since she's actually playing a p*rn star in her next movie, it might be considered research.

Sources tell TMZ Michael Lohan's fiancee filed a report with the Southampton Town Police claiming Michael physically attacked her during an argument.

We're told Kate Major claims ... on Monday at around 2 PM, just before Michael flew to L.A. for Lindsay Lohan's hearing, they began arguing and Michael allegedly shoved her over a chair, injuring her shoulder.

Sources say Major claims while she was on the ground Michael kicked her in the face.

Major claims she went to the hospital and has pictures of her injuries.

We contacted Michael, who told TMZ he got in an argument with Kate on Monday over their upcoming TV show, but he didn't touch her and she's making it all up.
