Judge has sent her to a stricter rehab

Lindsay Lohan will not be going to Morningside Recovery, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
Judge Marsha Revel made the decision after becoming concerned that Lindsay could have d**** snuck into her by the public, a source close to the situation tells us.
"Any decision about her present rehab facility was made without the DA being present. I have no input in that decision and knew nothing about the change of facility," Deputy D.A. Danette Meyers said in an exclusive interview confirming the dramatic change of plans.
"For further information, please contact Jane Robinson in media relations," Deputy D.A. Meyers said.
Sources close to the situation tell us, "Lindsay will be taken directly to another facility on the Westside of Los Angeles directly after leaving the women's jail in Lynnewood, CA late Sunday night."She will have someone from the facility as her escort, and she has to go directly to the facility," said the source.

Paris still served more then that even when there was overcrowding.
that Alexis Neirs girl served 30 out of 180 (dont get me started) and there was still overcrowding.
but not Little Lindsay, noooo way ! She only gets 12 days.
I laugh at the jail system there. Over crowding or not, she should have served more then that.
thats basically telling her, 'go back and do what you did, maybe youll get even less next time !'

I think celebrities think of jail as a way to get there name out there more and get more attention because no one takes it seriously anymore, its rare for them to serve their whole sentence which is just shocking. Whats the likeliness she hasn't learnt her lesson?

^ agree and he's been there. He would know. I can't say that her problems weigh heavily on my conscious or that I care that deeply about her life in general but it does make me upset to see someone be given the world and throw it away with such enthusiasm and weight. Her Mother deserves a special place in Hell if she is really telling her own child, her own daughter who's life could very well end that she is totally fine and doesn't have a problem behind the scenes.

As Lindsay Lohan embarks on a 90-day stint in rehab, many are wondering if this stay in a treatment facility is going to be different than previous ones. According to one addiction expert, it might not be, so long as she’s still surrounded by the same influences when she gets back to her normal life.

“This time around may not necessarily be different from her past stints in rehab because once Lindsay goes back to reality and her natural surroundings where people accept her disregard to rules, safety and her well being she’ll revert to the same unhealthy behavior,” said Clare W. Kavin, who has worked as an addiction specialist for celebrities and civilians alike. “Her parents need plenty of behavioral work. If she goes back to the same surroundings and associates herself with the same people who cater to her every want, she can easily carry on the same conduct that placed her in jail in the first place.”

Lohan’s jail sentence was reduced to just 13 days — is it possible she won’t spend the full 90 days in rehab? Technically, it is possible.

“As with jail, there is a chance that she may get out early if the judge grants her special favors,” said Kavin, who is the administrative director of The Waismann Method of rehabilitation. “Hopefully this will not be the case, as the treatment process should be taken gradually and with much care ... she will need to spend as much time as she can in treatment without any interruption from the outside world.”

They could go to some village and Dina can open a stage school for the children Lindsay will save. With her background in ballet, modelling, stage, TV, online shopping and ice cream, I can see Malawi quickly over taking Hollywood.
