wikipedia.orgThe Underground Comedy Movie is a 1999 film directed by Vince Offer, starring the director himself in many of the primary roles. It features music by NOFX and Guttermouth, among others. It is widely regarded as one of the worst movies of all time.
Although the film was released and screened in 1999, Offer was ruined financially by 2002 and home video distribution plans were shelved. Offer, who had previously been a successful vegetable chopper salesman and businessman, resumed selling vegetable choppers at swap meets to support himself and raise money to complete his film project.[1] Within a few months, he had earned enough to resume production, and the movie was finally completed, released, and marketed entirely on late-night infomercials that Offer paid for with his earnings from the swap meet vegetable chopper sales. The film has sold in excess of 100,000 copies and Offer has used the proceeds from sales to file a lawsuit against the Church of Scientology, himself an ex-Scientologist.
Synopsis
The film mainly consists of crude lowbrow skits (such as Gena Lee Nolin loudly using the restroom and a superhero named "Dickman," who dresses in a giant penis costume and defeats his enemies by squirting them with semen) created by the director, based on sketches Offer originally performed on a cable access show he had hosted. The film went direct to video and consistently rates in IMDB's bottom 100 movies. Lawrence Van Gelder in The New York Times wrote a scathing review, saying the movie "stands as a monument to ineptitude and self-delusion."[3]
The Underground Comedy Movie 2010
On July 31, 2010 a trailer and website went viral showing that Offer had completed the filming of brand new scenes to be included in an updated version of his 1999 movie.[4] The Underground Comedy 2010 trailer showcases many of the same skits from its predecessor with additional skits filmed in 2010 with actress Lindsay Lohan and model Joanna Krupa.[5] The film is slated for a theatrical release.[6]

tmzWith Lindsay in Rehab, Assistant in Dina & Ali Hell

There is actually a job more insane than being Lindsay Lohan's assistant -- tending to the needs of her mom and sister!
![]()
Sources close to Eleonore, Lindsay's long-suffering assistant, tell TMZ she is “miserable,” “super-stressed” and "incredibly worn out" these days -- which is strange because Lindsay has been "away" for nearly a month.
But now she has to do Dina and Ali Lohan's bidding. We're told Dina "goes on about nothing for days," constantly rambling about potential business deals. One such "deal" centers around a storage unit Lindsay has with her old clothes and other belongings that don't fit in her apartment. According to our sources, Dina thinks there's money to be made off the stuff with a Lohan garage sale.
Throw 16-year-old Ali in the mix and now Eleonore's got double the errands, pick ups, drop offs, etc ... and suddenly someone's counting down to Lindsay's release.
82 days to go, Eleonore.

Fallen star Lindsay Lohan's mother has spoken publicly in Australia about her daughter's jail time in a bid to dispel rumours she was given preferential treatment.
Dina Lohan also said she wanted to speak to an international audience because it's important for families and single mothers to know the Lohan family is ordinary underneath the fame.
Lindsay was last week released from jail in California after serving just 13 days of a 90-day sentence for violating her probation relating to a 2007 DUI (driving under the influence) arrest.
She was immediately spirited away to a rehab centre as part of the conditions of her release.
But rumours swirled that the actress had been given preferential treatment because of her high profile - a claim Dina Lohan denies.
"Absolutely not," she told the Seven Network on Monday.
"She didn't get any special treatment.
"People were telling me she had a cell phone in there, which is a complete fabrication.
"She was in a cell 23 hours a day, let out for an hour."
Ms Lohan wouldn't elaborate on her daughter's addictions but said the media had hounded her ever since Lindsay's initial rehab stint in 2007.
"There was a problem at the time and they just won't let it go, they just keep bringing it up four years later," she said.
"When Lindsay comes out (of rehab) she will do a sit down (interview) and it will come from my daughter to the world.
"She needs to do that for herself for all the misconceptions that they have been saying about her."
She said that despite Lindsay's father Michael Lohan speaking publicly about her, he did not have contact with the family and was probably reading the information about her supposed p*********** p*** addiction on the internet.
"It has been very difficult just fighting my ex, let alone the tabloids, but we really are probably the most misunderstood family in America," she said.
"(Lindsay) understands her mistakes and I certainly don't condone drinking and driving, and as a mother I scolded my children ... I am not in denial, that's an absolute lie.
" ... that is why I am doing your show in Australia because ... I think it's important for families, and single mothers like me to know we are just like you."
She finished by saying the biggest misconception about her daughter was that she too was misunderstood.
"It breaks my heart, I could cry right now thinking about it," she said.
"She is such a wonderful and caring girl, she does so much charity and ... they never show that side."

And why is Ali sitting behind the director, getting makeup put on?
Is it like the Disney movies where Dina always got Ali a part as an extra?
