They should mandate that she is not allowed in NYC after 7pm. But I guess she could always go to the local TGI Fridays.

Update on Lindsay Lohan vs e-trade babies

Here's the hilariously pathetic document written by her lawyer http://www.docstoc.com/docs/document-preview.aspx?doc_id=51510099

22. That selection of a person to play a particular role in a movie, play or commercial is normally, based upon the personality or persona of that person, to ensure to what extent that person’s personality or persona fits into that particular assigned role. The type of a particular role and persona, the role of an alcoholic bimbus woman, that Defendants were looking for in their said commercial, none of the other celebrity “Lindsay” as referred by Defendants, in its motion to dismiss the Complaint, fits into. Therefore, Defendants and its advertising agents could not think of and finally approve any other celebrity “Lindsay” name than that of Plaintiff.
Her own lawyer writes that Lindsay is an "alcoholic bimbus woman" Great representation!!!

24. That Plaintiff has been, invariably, known, addressed, or referred to by her first name “Lindsay” only in media or otherwise. A news report published and posted by RadarOnline.com, on May 28, 2010, under the heading
‘Whoops! Kate Hudson Almost Does A "Lindsay"’ will prove that Defendants’ assertions and claims that Plaintiff has never been known, addressed or referred to, by her first name “Lindsay” only, in media or otherwise, are not true. (Enclosed is a printout of RadarOnline.com, of May 28, 2010, titled ‘Whoops! Kate Hudson Almost Does A "Lindsay" ’as Exhibit “M”)
Your honour please refer to Exhibit M: ‘Whoops! Kate Hudson Almost Does A "Lindsay" ' Only in America

She can't even spell Milkaholic!
There is no such word as “Milkolic” in the English Dictionary. On the contrary, there is a word “Alcoholic” in the English Dictionary

And she's free!
Lindsay Lohan has been released from her court-ordered rehabilitation at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, the facility the troubled starlet has called home since beginning her treatment there August 2, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Lohan, 24, was sentenced by Judge Marsha Revel to serve 90 days in jail, followed by 90 days of rehab for probation violations stemming from her 2007 DUI conviction.
But on day 22 of the treatment program, Lohan signed her discharge papers as RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed.
The move paved the way for her sudden and shock exit from the center.
The Mean Girls actress was spirited out a back door in to a waiting, chauffeur driven car.
Story developing.
UPDATE: We're told Lindsay's first moments of freedom were a telephone call made to her mother Dina.

oh god, honestly, why even bother with this whole 3 months in jail 3 months in rehab if it's going to end up a mess in the end...ugh

and now she's gonna cry to the tabloids and pretend she's a ~changed person~ when she spent...what? 10 days in jail and 22 in rehab??? god, life is so easy for this brat

" Hello- Chateau Marmont!!? Yes- we need several tables in the bar...yes, right now! Do you have Cristal on ice?...I don't know, maybe two cases...OK, I'll wait..." *Obviously these idiots don't appreciate who they're dealing with...*

wasn't her team going to try to sue the judge somehow, or something like that, because they thought lindsay's sentence was wrong and too harsh? i bet she's gonna come out feeling like the victim that didn't deserve all the scrutiny she received!

She's out?! Already?

I think I missed something. I haven't really been following her since she went to rehab.

Well I'm sure the media blitz is about to begin any minute now... ugh.

:lol::lol:!!

Im kind of "happy"(?) that she got out early....but then again, i do think she needed the extra time in rehab.

Granted I don't follow Lindsay's "career" and life closely, but I'm not in the slightest surprised that she was released early from UCLA Medical.

I'm sure most of the stories about the drama and mess in her life are just made up or at least exaggerated by the tabloids, and people believe these articles without question - just because it's Lindsay.

Even the Judge overreacted and put her in rehab for 90 days even though she doesn't have mental/addiction problems that require such a long treatment.

What she needs more than anything is a good management team and a new publicist to control the media and her public image better + get rid of her attention-hungry mother and father.

You would be wrong. If anything the reality far exceeds the reported exploits.

So we are to believe this 'misdiagnosis' of all her problems caused everything, huh? After three other inpatient rehabs and God knows how many medical people and tests over several years- a simple, obvious cause that no one thought of pops up?? Please...!!

Lindsay Lohan's UCLA medical bill was a whopping $40,000 a week ... sources familiar with her treatment tell TMZ.

Before continuing ... we'll answer what we know you're asking. We're told Lindsay's insurance (SAG) does not cover treatment at the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Hospital.

Sources at UCLA tell us the base rate for treatment at the Hospital is $17,850 a week, which does not include the cost of doctors, testing, medication, or therapists. All tolled, Lindsay's bill came to $40,000 a week.

Here's what's crazy ... Judge Marsha Revel ordered 13 weeks of treatment, which would have brought the bill to $520,000. According to the docs, Judge Revel overreacted and Lindsay was released after only 23 days -- almost 3 1/2 weeks. That reduces the cost to a very reasonable $130,400.

When can UCLA expect payment?

I know when I write a check for my taxes, it gives me a warm feeling to know that our government is using my money for worthwhile purposes...!
