I think I missed something. I haven't really been following her since she went to rehab.

Well I'm sure the media blitz is about to begin any minute now... ugh.

i was about to write the exact same thing. she is out?

Business mogul Donald Trump has said Lindsay Lohan will have to be 100 percent fit before he considers allowing her to compete in his celebrity apprentice show.

According to the real estate tycoon, Lilo's people have been trying to land the actress a spot on the next season of the show.

But Trump, 64, said he'll only consider it if the troubled 24-year-old Mean Girls actress is well enough to compete in his eyes.
He told US television show "Extra", 'We haven't made a decision. We just want her to be 100 per cent, get better and be strong.'

I don't believe she would get $1 million. Dina is probably the one saying she will get $1 million to boost interest, just like she said Lindsay is in Woody Allen's new movie. A sum like that would go to someone who rarely talks to the media and has new information the public has never heard.

Shawn Chapman Holley gave a brief statement after court where she said her client has changed for the better during the last month-and-a-half she spent first in jail, then rehab.
"Lindsay has changed. She’s healthy, clear-headed, positive and looking forward to beginning anew," Holley said outside of the Beverly Hills courtroom. "Anyone would have changed after going through what she’s gone through in the past month-and-a-half."
Holley also says that the judge has dismissed two of the under the influence counts on Lindsay's record because she "complied with all of her alcohol classes."
As part of her ongoing treatment, Lindsay will be required to continue her treatment on an outpatient basis. "Lindsay will be in a lot of therapy," says Holley, "Psychotherapy as well as a 12 step program, but will also allow her time to work which is positive."
She also revealed that UCLA doctors "started fresh" with Lindsay, conducted their own analysis and found that there was no need to keep her at the facility any longer than her 22 days. Holley says Lindsay complied with everything that was asked of her and basically was a model patient!
Lilo's lawyer went on to say that "She’s really looking forward to beginning anew and having a productive life and schedule. Hopefully you will all support her now as she moves forward, just as you did during her dark times."
Although Lindsay is very much looking forward to getting back to work, Shawn Chapman Holley says Lindsay does NOT plan on attending the Machete premiere tonight because she doesn't want to make her first post-jail appearance something quite so "splashy."

Lindsay Lohan must submit to random d*** and alcohol testing, and if she flunks she's going back to jail ... according to Judge Elden Fox.

During this morning's court hearing ... Judge Fox imposed the following ground rules for Lindsay's probation:

-- Reside at home until further notice
-- Random d*** and alcohol testing twice a week
-- Participate in psychotherapy a minimum of 4 days a week
-- Attend behavior therapy sessions 2 times a week
-- Attend a 12-step program

The judge said if Lindsay flunks her d*** and alcohol tests, she'll go to jail for 30 days.

Outside of court Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, said that Lindsay is "looking forward to beginning anew, and having a productive life and schedule."

Lindsay Lohan Crashes the DMV 39 minutes ago by TMZ Staff



TMZ has learned Lindsay Lohan just rolled down to the Santa Monica Department of Motor Vehicles ... in an effort to get her life back on the road.

Lohan's license had been suspended -- and the actress rolled in today so she could apply to get it back.

Sources inside the DMV -- (yeah , we got those) -- tell us LiLo was "in and out within ten minutes."

Even when the DMV is nice .. it takes longer than 10 mins to get your license ... so we're guessing she was sent home to get more documentation.

she must be handcuffed because we havent been twitter bombed yet. and is "home" long island? and im thinking cutting off her add****l supply may be a worse punishment than 90 days of rehab, although i suppose in celebrityland you can get anything. plus, this info hasnt been plastered all over headline news and e, so thats weird. when she went in, thats all there was. i guess she really is saving it all up for the $$$ story, where she blames everyone but herself. hmm, maybe i can tell her story and get the $$$ instead.
