Lindsay Lohan's Ice-Tossing Escapades: Sam's the Target! ​

Although Lindsay Lohan took to her Twitter last night to claim Sam Ronson spit on her, a source tells E! News that it was actually Lindsay on the offensive.

The exes were both at Trousdale to celebrate a mutual friend's birthday when the alleged drama started.
"Lindsay went to give Samantha a hug," the insider says, "Samantha wouldn't stand up to give her one, so Lindsay threw a piece of ice at her face."

And contrary to L.L.'s tweet, our source says Sam didn't retaliate after the icy attack...
"Thats where it ended," says the source. "She didn't spit in Lindsay's face."

An email sent to Lindsay's rep was not returned.

One part of Linds' Twitter tale that is true? That Sam was hanging at the club with an unlikely friend: Miley Cyrus's ex-bofyriend Justin Gaston.
Our source confirms that the underwear model and actor is a "close friend" of the DJ's.​

^ She's really playing with fire with this court thing because the plaintiffs are forcing the judge to get involved in a very public way, where it will be very hard for the court to look the other way on finally dealing with Lindsay....She may really regret not showing up for these depositions....A default judgement against Lindsay, which seems very reasonable at this point, would finish her financially- court ordered payments are not covered by bankruptcy, and not paying them generally constitutes contempt of court- as in you go to jail....Talk about being your own worst enemy...

Isn't This Called Foreplay?

Lindsay Lohan's Twitter page is like an empty subway car on a Saturday night. There's always an incoherent crackie stumbling in to ramble away about something. It makes you want to put on your headphones and continue to pretend to read a book.

At around 2 this morning, Lindsay's numb fingers fought with her Blackberry keyboard to type out this Tweet about her ex-SamRo. According to Blohan, SamRo gave her a squirt to the face at a party. Isn't this how SamRo and Blohan usually greet each other? Who knows, but SamRo had this to say on her Twitter page. The non-plot thins:

Well, whoever spit on Blohan was just trying to do her a favor by giving her a bath. That's all. Blohan should really send them a thank you card.

There's pictures of him at West Hollywood Sheriffs office. The pictures read:
Michael Lohan went to his daughter Lindsay's apartment today at 11 am, escorted by four plainclothes police officers from the West Hollywood Sheriff's Department. He attempted to get his daughter, who is said to be addicted to prescription medication and other illicit drugs, to willingly submit to enter rehab.

None of this makes any sense (nothing new there...) Lindsay is on probation, right? Don't you have a probation officer to oversee things like if you're using and breaking the rules? Why would her father show up with four cops to try to get her into rehab? Did he swing by the police station and say "You guys got a minute"? Never heard of such a thing...If the police thought she was using, wouldn't they get a search warrant and see for themselves and not be told by Michael what to do? How about stopping her and her gang when they are hitting every club in town every night? Isn't that the usual way- not going to her apartment? I have a feeling there is more to this whole story than we know at this point...

Lindsay Lohan is holding Dr. Drew Pinsky responsible for "provoking" her father's surprise police visit today -- but Drew tells TMZ he's never even met Michael Lohan.

Moments after Michael -- along with several officers -- rolled through LiLo's apartment to check on 16-year-old Ali Lohan, Lindsay claimed that she "agreed" with a Tweet that read, "This is all that quack, Dr. Drews' fault. He purposely provoked your unstable leech of a father."

The Tweet was referring to a statement Drew made recently, in which he claimed if it were his kid he would plant drugs on her and have her -- as a last resort -- arrested in order to save her.

Drew tells TMZ, "I've personally never met Michael Lohan, nor Lindsay. My comments were in relation to what I would do as a father."



Drew added, "I have no direct knowledge of her case, but I hope she gets the help she needs." ​

Lindsay Lohan -- One More Chance

Third time will be a charm for Lindsay Lohan's deposition ... or else.

TMZ was in court this AM when lawyers for the people suing Lindsay -- over a wild ride on Pacific Coast Highway back in 2007 -- asked a judge to order her to show up for her deposition. The attorneys also asked for sanctions against Lindsay, for not showing up twice for her depo.

But there were technical problems with the legal docs that were filed, and the lawyers -- including Lindsay's lawyer, Ed McPherson -- agreed that Lohan will really really appear on May 4 for her deposition.

But this time the judge made it clear ... he'll throw the book at her if she doesn't appear.

Linds sometimes referred to her ex con father as Michael, but I feel like other times she was talking about Michael her brother? Is Michael on Michael's side or something?
