Lohan Named a 'Suspect' in Rolex Theft

Lindsay Lohan has been named a suspect in the theft of a $35,000 Rolex watch, law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

We're told the watch belongs to one of Lindsay's "friends," who accidentally left it at Lindsay's house earlier this year -- and never got it back.

But sources tell us that cops have photographic evidence which could prove Lindsay knows exactly where the Rolex went. We're told cops rolled over to Lohan's pad Wednesday to question the actress about the Rolex -- but Lindsay denied any involvement in the theft.

So far, no arrests have been made in the case -- but it's another major issue for Lohan ... who seems to be in a downward spiral.

Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, tells TMZ, "The allegations are completely untrue."

Lindsay Lohan Can't Be Bothered, Part II

Lindsay Lohan is currently involved in a lawsuit filed against her by three dudes who claim she held them hostage in her SUV during a dangerous car chase back in 2007. Last week, LiLo was supposed to be deposed by the dude's lawyers, but it was canceled after she arrived late and told everyone she only had a few hours to kill. It was re-scheduled for yesterday, but once again it never happened.

TMZ says that the deposition was supposed to go down at 10 in the morning, but Lilo told her lawyer that she couldn't get a ride until 11. Lilo's on probation for a DUI conviction, so she's not allowed to drive.

Lawyers for the plaintiffs are sick of fiddling with each other's buttholes while waiting for Lilo to show up to be deposed, so they are heading to court today to ask a judge to force her to sit in the chair. If she doesn't show up a third time, they want the court to count that as an automatic forfeit.

Lilo needs more excuses. I realize that all of the four horsemen were probably busy at that hour, but she could've found another way to get there. Shi*, she should've did what I did when I was a tween in California and really needed to get to the mall to buy a Crystal Waters cassette: I TOOK THE BUS! Yes, the other kids laughed at me and a creepy old woman on the bus almost tried to kidnap me so she could sell me into child slavery, but at least I got shi* done! La da dee la da da!

Another Day, Another Lohan Melodrama

If your Twitter page is receiving a million visits from the Twitter Whale today, you can thank Lindsay Lohan because she is burning that shi* to the ground right now. Lilo has been (those three words love each other so much) has been breaking her Mac Book by Tweeting furiously about her father Michael Lohan showing up to her apartment this afternoon with a Sheriff.

TMZ says that Michael showed up to check on his 16-year-old daughter, The Curious Case of Ali Lohan, who is currently staying with Lilo. Michael convinced the Sheriff's department to check on Ali after he told them she was in "Lindsay's car on the way back from Coachella and the car was going over 100 mph."

The Sheriff briefly had words with Ali before leaving Lilo's apartment. They let Ali stay there. Michael says he will continue to fight the fight until Lilo goes to rehab and Ali is removed from her house.

While all of this was going down, White Oprah was lying on her bathroom floor in a white spritzer/Adderal coma. Nana Lohan had to turn the hose on her so that she could wake up and issue a statement regarding this mess. White Oprah simply said this: "I was told by my attorneys not to speak because it is very serious and my ex could be in big trouble. He's dangerous.... If he can't get to them he is going to try to hurt them -- it's not good."

This post is already way too long, so I'm only going to say that SuperNanny needs to put all four of these weepy as* babies in a permanent TIME OUT. Just face the corner, and never turn around again.

As I was saying- there is more to this story than we first knew...Just a matter of time before she gets caught in the crossfire of her reckless ways- It's hard to feel too sorry for her when she is causing all of these disasters herself- maybe it's a cry for help in some weird way? Of course there will be no progress until she gets all of the garbage out of her body...I wonder if she spent a couple of weeks in a medical facility and got cleaned up if she'd start thinking straight and turn things around, or is the damage she has done to herself too great...

Michael Lohan's Ultimatum to Lindsay

Lindsday Lohan's dad tells TMZ he will back off trying to get his daughter placed in a conservatorship if ... and only if ... she agrees to a sit down, and stat.

Michael Lohan says he wants a meeting with Lindsay and her lil' sis Ali ... no Dina, no lawyers, just his daughters.

Michael says if they agree, he won't go to the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services and ask that Ali be removed from Lindsay's [COLOR=#29a256! important][COLOR=#29a256! important]home[/COLOR][/COLOR]. Michael said during TMZ Live yesterday he believed Ali was in danger by living with her older sister.

And, although Michael told us during TMZ Live he would ask a judge to place Lindsay under a conservatorship ... he now says he won't make that move either if Lindsay sits down with him.

One little stumbling block ... Lindsay isn't listening to anyone these days, and she's been Tweeting up a storm about how she blames her dad for everything bad in her life.
