She has some serious financial trouble...

Reports say that Lindsay Lohan is behind on her rent for her Hollywood apartment again, to the tune of $23,000. She is said to be on the verge of eviction.

"She was told that she's racked up more than $1 million in bills that creditors are demanding be settled immediately," said a source. "She's in complete financial ruin."

Her managers are also warning her that she is being threatened with several lawsuits.

Lindsay Lohan's replacement has been named for the movie role she lost because she wasn't considered "bankable" ... and, ironically, you probably don't recognize her.

We're told LiLo's character in "The Other Side" will now be played by Olivia Thirlby -- who's only appeared in a few movies, including "Juno" and "The Wackness."

Lindsanity might not be starring in p*rn star biopicThis is probably a good idea.

Lindsay Lohan may not be starring in the Linda Lovelace biopic as previously reported because she is unsure about what the role will do for her troubled acting career.

A source reveals:

"She is not officially locked into the movie yet. She does have some reservations about doing the film. She is putting herself in a narrow box. Her photo shoots all look similar and now, she's considering starring in the Lovelace film about the famous p*rn star."

But she's still in a downward spiral professionally as she's bailing on meetings with people who want to attempt to help revive her career, notably Britney Spears' manager Larry Rudolph.

An insider says:

"They had a meeting set up in the fall and Lindsay skipped out on it. Larry was doing it as a friendly gesture, and Lindsay didn't even show up. Lindsay and Ryan [Seacrest] spoke and he wanted to connect her with certain people. He's a great guy and he put the wheels in motion for her to meet with people like Larry Rudolph that could help her jump start her career again. She didn't follow up.

"When it comes to Lindsay attending something, her people actually warn in advance that she may not show up. They get burned so often by her not showing up that now they just tell people how it is. There's no guarantee with Lindsay. There are people offering her help and support, but she is missing out on a lot of it."

She better get her shiz together or there is absolutely the guarantee that Hollywood will shut her out for good!

^ Who is ever going to trust her or want to hire her for a project again? I mean, producers and directors have bosses to answer to as well- can you imagine what it would be like to get called into some investor or studio head's office and they say "Why did you put this project in such jeopardy by hiring her??" What kind of sound, professional judgement would that show? That's why I think we keep seeing unknown sleazeball 'producers' saying they are going to work with her- they are the only ones who would jeopardize their own 'reputation' by having her name involved...I don't know how she ever turns this around...

Lindsay Lohan: Alcohol Program Report Due Today

She can’t seem to stay away from trouble, and Lindsay Lohan currently finds herself under close scrutiny these days.
The “Mean Girls” actress may have to appear in court next Thursday (May 20), but in the meantime, Judge Marshal Revel is expecting a progress report from her alcohol education program by today,May 14.
According to Radar Online, Judge Revel will be paying close attention to the partying actress’ alcohol class attendance record.
And, while word has it Lindsay has missed a class or two, her camp says that she's still in compliance with terms of the program - telling that if she misses a class, she always makes up for it later.

Lindsay Lohan is rolling the dice in her DUI probation case in a big way -- because we've learned she's headed to Cannes ... not her alcohol ed class.

TMZ broke the story that the judge has ordered LiLo to show proof next Thursday that she had completed 13 alcohol ed classes, but she's only completed nine.

Simple math -- If Lindsay doesn't complete at least four more classes, she's in violation of probation and the judge has made it clear ... Lindsay will go to jail.

Sources say Lindsay -- who is in NYC right now -- has made it clear she's flying to France for the film festival. We're told she's going to publicize her movie about Linda Lovelace.

We're told Lindsay will fly from NYC to L.A. today, get her stuff and then head off to France tomorrow. A lot of flying ... but no alcohol ed.

And there's this ... if Lindsay doesn't complete the required number of classes and doesn't show up in court next Wed., it's standard operating procedure for the judge to issue a warrant for her arrest.

TMZ reports that Lindsay has completed only nine classes and plans to leave Saturday for the Cannes Film Festival to promote her movie 'The Other Side' about p*rn star Linda Lovelace.
Incidentally, TMZ has also reported that Lindsay is no longer slated to play Lovelace, as she has been replaced by Olivia Thirlby of 'Juno' and 'Bored to Death.'
Lindsay is currently in New York, where she attended an Iggy Pop concert in Williamsburg Wednesday night looking "totally wasted" according to x17.com. She forced her way in with an unannounced entourage of 30, the Daily News reports, and was shunned by other celebs such as Kelly Osbourne, Justin Long, Kate Bosworth and Alex Skarsgard once inside the VIP area.
Michael Lohan had the following reaction to his daughter going to see Iggy Pop.

Actually, Lohan is locked into the film, as we first reported a month ago.
Additionally, she is NOT having any reservations about starring in the film.
On the contrary, Dina Lohan told Gossip Cop that Lindsay is “excited” about Inferno, and talk about her not wanting to star in the film is a “total lie.”
