You know, try to cover it up, or at least not make a point of it when you're going out and you know you're going to be photographed?? (Of course, underwear with a short skirt is kind of standard procedure too, I would think...)

She wasn’t in front of the judge yesterday morning in L.A. to face the music for her DUI probation violation case, instead, due to a “stolen passport” situation, poor Lindsay Lohan was stuck on a yacht last night, partying until 7:30 a.m., says a new report.
TMZ says the celeb, who gets squirrelly where court-mandated appeareances are concerned, hopped off the boat this morning in Cannes.
Sources tell TMZ Lindsay has booked a flight home to L.A. tomorrow ostensibly in time to get her back in time for her Monday 8:30 a.m. appearance in front of a judge.

and for the testing..i don't know..i'm really curious to see what's gonna happen on the next court audition because Lindsay,i'm sorry for her...but she has completely lost the control..and worst part?if she doesn't get a right punishment this time, she might really thinks she can do whatever she wants..

Beverly Hills' flakiest probationee got off a yacht in Cannes this morning -- at around 7:30 AM to be specific ... after a night of partying.

Sources tell TMZ Lindsay has booked a flight that will take her back to L.A. tomorrow, but who knows if she'll actually board. We're told Lindsay is asking around for a private jet to ferry her home. So far, no one is biting.

Lindsay is scheduled to be in court on Monday at 8:30 AM -- but we're filing that under "Believe it when we see it."

UPDATE: Now this is the best. We just spoke with the dude who is covering Lindsay's face in the photo, and yet another excuse for Lindsay's hijinx. He says they got stranded on the boat because a friend took off in their car. He says Lindsay wanted to leave hours before and only went out because it was his birthday.

BTW, if they hit her with an unexpected d*** test on Monday, which wouldn't be at all surprising when she gets fitted for her bracelet- don't you usually need about 72 hours to get that stuff out of your body? Could be a very bad start here...

Hey- just guess who is literally leaving on vacation Friday afternoon?? Judge Revel!! That could be very good, or very bad for Lindsay on Monday...Maybe she'll get one of these 'hangin' judges' assigned to her case; you never know...

(BTW- Mixing champagne and vodka is a very bad idea...trust me...)

Lindsay Lohan Makes Most of Last Night (and Morning) in Cannes


Lindsay Lohan partied away her legal woes in a Cannes until the early hours of Friday morning.
The VIP Club was the place to be, hosting the Artists for Peace and Justice Benefit. Lohan and celebs like Russell Crowe, Gerard Butler, Paris Hilton, Elizabeth Banks, Mischa Barton and Michelle Rodriguez mingled in a roped-off area on the second floor, ostensibly to raise money for Haiti. And in LiLo's case, raise the roof.
"Lindsay was drinking Dom Pérignon, Cristal Roederer champagne and Belvedere vodka," confirms club rep Laurent Guyot. "She had a great time. She was dancing on the banquette and laughing and joking with her friend."
And that was just her warm-up.
The 23-year-old Lohan tried to sneak out of the back of the VIP Club around 4 a.m., according to one of the party organizers, but was spotted by snappers who had camped outside all night for her. Lohan's chief hanger-on, Markus Molinari, put a coat over her head as they tried to find their car.
But the evening morning was just beginning.
Lohan then logged time at yet another yacht soiree, not emerging until around 7 a.m. (Girl's got some stamina!)
No official word on when Lohan intends on being dragged away from leaving Cannes, although a source tells E! News that she is booked on an Air France flight from Nice to JFK this afternoon at 2 p.m.
That should give her plenty of time to make her Monday court date. But with Lohan, one never knows...

Lindsay Lohan got $10,000 real fast yesterday in order to have her bench warrant recalled, and we've learned the money came from Lindsay's camp ... from Tennessee!

Sources tell us bail was posted at 2:00 PM yesterday, just a few hours after the court hearing.

We're told Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, did not come up with the cash. The $10 grand -- the standard 10% -- was wired from Tennessee by Lou Taylor, Lindsay's business manager.

Bail was posted by David Perez Bail Bonds. All of the paperwork was filled out and filed yesterday.

There are, apparently, certain things even Lindsay will do promptly.

Lindsay Lohan won't have to answer to the prosecutor or the judge over the photo TMZ posted this morning ... showing Lindsay partying with a strange white powder in the foreground.

A spokesperson for the L.A. County D.A.'s office tells TMZ they will not even raise the issue in court on Monday, when Lindsay goes before the judge ... and she has been ordered to appear.

The spokesperson says there is no way this photo can be used in court because there is no way to prove what was on the table.
No surprise to us ... the very first comment when we posted the story was from someone who said there were "obvious lines of ***"

Notwithstanding the buzz, it's not going to be used in court.

^ Unfortunately, they're right- it's not admissible in court....BUT- everyone, including the 'new' judge (see above) knows what it is, so it might get him even more annoyed, anyway. I would think their patience is wearing thin at this point...

I want her locked up for the full 180 days. I can't stand how she gets away with everything. It's clearly c*** on the table there. I hope the new judge is not some pansy who lets her off. UGH! She disgusts me!
