The judge didn't care, she made it clear for Lindsay to wear a SCRAM bracelet 24/7. It seems like Lindsay will have to pospone her movie down in Texas because of her SCRAM bracelet.

The guy on TV was just saying 2 1/2 years ago this was all a no big deal misdemeanor...now she's run it up into a serious potential 6 months in jail...
If they can shoot around very pregnant women in movies, they can cover up a bracelet!!

Here's what I remember:

She will have random testing which will take place once a week in LA. If she fails to attend one test, that is considered the same as testing positive.

She must wear the scram bracelet in 24 hours time.

She cannot drink alcohol.

Must attend one DUI education class a week.

the scram device didn't work a lot the last time..and as far as the testing...

They will be placing odds in Vegas on if she can comply..seriously, they do those things..crazy!

If the judge decides Lindsay violated her probation by not attending her alcohol ed program as required ... she could be jailed for 180 days.
