She's lower than a public joke. She's an embarrassment. She took the best opportunities given to a rising star in years and trashed it all for no good reason and dragged her kid sister down into the gutter along side her.

Worse than that, she's cast a pall of doubt over all future kid stars. When I think of those trying to make it like Victoria Justice, all I can think of is I hope she doesn't screw up like Lindsay did.

^ Yup...I went to see a Broadway show back when and there must have been 50 gorgeous kids up there singing and dancing their hearts out- no doubt just dreaming about getting the kind of break Lindsay has thrown down the drain...What a waste- she appreciates nothing....

i think LiLo looks horrendous too. shes aged faster than most ppl her age.

^ I find it interesting that after three rehabs and this latest 'sober' period, she has never gotten back with AA...She actually said after one of her rehabs that those were the only people she could count on to be supportive and understanding, and here she is presumably 'straight' and she's still sitting in clubs all night with the same crowd that helped her get so messed up...very strange- you would think if she is thinking clearly that she would remember who was really helpful to her and who wasn't....

She is MY age - and i have enough sense - and even if i didnt, there is something called SELF RESPECT which older than her not, those girls have a shred of it, if not all of it.

she is the SOLE reason to blame for where she is in life and in the public eye.

Lindsay needs to face the consequences of everything shes done.
i mean, i cant believe she got away with have the dumbasss things shes done over the past few years.
shes such a wreck and its hard to feel sorry for her now.
shes doing this all on her own, and without a good support system, cause her mother isnt helping her out at all, shes going to get nowhere when it comes to recovering from all of this.

personally, i would rather see her in jail then rehab at this point.
i mean if paris hilton had to do jail time for breaking her probation or whatever, why shouldnt lindsay ?
shes done worse then what paris did.
and being in jail for like 84 minutes doesnt count.

^ Yeah, nobody could believe what happened to Paris- it was so uncalled for, and Lindsay gets away with much worse over and over again... Can you imagine how different she'd be after 90 days in jail!! I bet that would get her attention!! This is all just a game for her, I think...

Lindsay needs to be around people who will take none of her sh*t. She's more likely to find those people on the penal system than on those celebrity rehabs she's been to or, even worse, on her own household.

It took them a long, LONG time.

Robert Downey Jr. first went to rehab in 1996. He was in and out until 2003. And his reason for staying clean was because his wife left him and he had a young son, which are stronger motivators than a career.

Lindsay's first rehab stay was 2007 (so it's been 3.5 yrs). And I don't know how many addicts you know, but a lot of them struggle for 5, 10, 20 years. Those who say, "She's been doing this for three years and she doesn't even try!" don't really understand addiction, imo... If it were so easy to climb out of the hole, then (nearly) 10% of Americans wouldn't be addicted.
