Lindsay Lohan in new club fiasco

It was another train-wreck night out in LA for Lindsay Lohan.She hit Les Deux on Thursday for the Splinter Cell Conviction launch party where, a source said, "She was there for 20 minutes, sipping water and on her BlackBerry the whole time. She insisted on leaving out the back door, and immediately fell over, when she started laughing hysterically."

Lohan blamed paparazzi for "pushing" and headed to trendy club Voyeur, where she was refused entry. She ranted on Twitter: "Security @ Voyeur nightclub in LA just set me up & paid off paparazzi to not let me in the back door and come to take photos of me . . . They got paid off to let paparazzi make me look like I was distraught and a mess." She then went to new club Trousdale, where she stayed until 4 a.m. before driving pals home. Our source said, "She is so out of control, nobody wants her to do their club appearances because she's such a liability."

Lindsay Lohan in dire straits, making less than Snooki for personal appearances


Once viewed as one of the best actresses of her generation, Lindsay Lohan can now barely make ends meet, and earns money solely from personal appearances.
Even worse, when she does show up at a party for money, her star has fallen so far, Lohan makes less than a trashy MTV reality star.

"When Lindsay does get paid for attending events, she now gets $5,000 to $10,000, basically less than Snooki makes," a source close to Lohan told Fox411, referring to "Jersey Shore" reality star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi. "It is sad and it is only getting worse. The few people that care about Lindsay want her to get help, but she is scared to trust anyone, thanks to her father, and she doesn't want to hear this. We are worried for Lindsay and where her life is going."

The friend said Lohan cries often and opens up emotionally to strangers.

"She will open up to young assistants that are dropping something off for her or helping her for an event," the concerned pal said. "She needs good friends and she has none. Lindsay is in crisis."

Most of the people on her payroll have walked away because she can't pay them, and when they do line up work for her, it's difficult to get her to show up, the insider added.

"Lindsay is really going through a lot right now. She feels like everyone leaves her and she's all alone. The stuff with her dad this week going public yet again about her only serves to make her ignore help further," said the source. "If she does get work, which is really rare anymore, someone has to basically be by her side to get her ready for the event or meeting and make sure she shows up."

In 1987, Lohan was president of his firm, New York Futures Traders, Inc. (Traders), a commodities futures broker. In that year, Lohan and Traders settled a civil action in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, brought against them by the Commodities Futures Trading Commission (Commission), which alleged that Lohan and Traders had defrauded their customers of approximately $130,000 and had solicited investments in commodities futures without being registered with the Commission.

At about the same time, the State of New York instituted a criminal prosecution of Lohan for grand larceny and securities fraud, based on the same facts that gave rise to the federal injunction suit. In April 1987, Lohan pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor securities fraud charge and was sentenced to 90 days imprisonment.

Shortly after his release from custody on the New York conviction, Lohan changed his name to "Michael Desiderio" and incorporated a new firm, Donateco, Inc. (Donateco), of which he was the chief executive officer. In the Fall of 1988, the Commission, based upon information received from a Donateco customer, opened a new investigation into Lohan's activities, and instituted a new civil action against Lohan and Donateco. The Commission's investigation revealed that Lohan had operated Donateco as a commodities broker in Florida and had engaged in other activities prohibited by the April 1987 injunction.

From late October, 1989 to February 14, 1990, however, Lohan was a fugitive from justice on unrelated New York State criminal charges, and was never served with the November 1989 order or arrested thereunder. After New York State authorities located and arrested Lohan, the district court (a different judge presiding) on March 1, 1990 issued a new order to show cause (the March 1990 order). The March 1990 order was substantially the same as the November 1989 order, except that it did not limit Lohan's imprisonment upon conviction to six months, but instead referred to "an appropriate term of imprisonment." Lohan was taken into federal custody pursuant to the March 1990 order and appeared at a bail hearing on March 5, 1990.

Fraudulently and deceitfully the defendant changed his name to Desiderio and changed his corporation to Donateco, Inc. and set up a commodity futures sales office in Florida employing four to six sales persons who made between 750 and 1,000 or more cold canvass [sic] calls, soliciting potential investors to invest a minimum of $3,000 each through Donateco, Inc. [E]ach such solicitation was a fraudulent and deceitful violation of the Court's order.

Lohan was sentenced to 37 months imprisonment, a $200,000 fine, a five-year supervisory release term, and a special assessment of $50.00.

Ugh...the other night she gets turned away from a Hollywood nightclub and now this....

Hollywood, CA, United States (AHN) - It looks like Hollywood trainwreck Lindsay Lohan has placed herself with a permanent position on the D-list when it comes to her acting career. As if things couldn’t get any worse for her, Hollywood producers are now saying that reality television star and plastic surgery-addict Heidi Montag has a better change landing a film role these days than the former promising child star.

Montag, who has been ridiculed by the press and fans alike for undergoing 10 surgeries in one day to “enhance” her look, has already landed a small cameo in an Adam Sandler comedy, co-starring Jennifer Aniston and Nicole Kidman. It looks like Lohan can’t even beat that, with Hollywood insiders saying no one is willing to take the chance with the often unprofessional and difficult actress.
According to gossip blogger Perez Hilton, an inside source says: “Lindsay hasn’t worked for a long time, and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.”
“It’s very had to get her insurance and no studio or director is going to hire her without it. At this point, Heidi Montag is likely to make more movies than Lindsay Lohan.”
Ouch. It looks like Lohan better shape up soon otherwise she’ll become just as irrelevant in the gossip columns as her now non-existent professional career has become.

This is very true....sad but true.... Often, when i sit and look at Lindsay's old threads, i think to myself...When/How did it all go South!? I really do hope things start to brighten for Lindsay, i mean..she is talented at what she does(or used to do, which was acting ), but with no insurance for her and her not showing up on time or at all for the work she does get....i dont see comeback/turn-around happening anytime soon. (I HOPE im wrong)

Lindsay Lohan’s estranged father Michael will marry Kate Major, the former gal pal of reality TV dad Jon Gosselin.
Lohan, 49, and Major, a 27-year-old ex-tabloid reporter who quit her day job in pursuit of a short-lived relationship with Gosselin, announced their engagement in interviews on Tuesday.
“I'm ecstatic,” Lohan told People. “I've never met anyone who's been there for me like Kate.”
While the media savvy pair have yet to set a date, Major said she’s “already talked to some of the bridesmaids” and will "probably" get hitched at the end of the year in New York.
The pair first met four years ago, Major said, adding that their nuptials are “meant to be,” People reported.
In a separate interview with Us magazine, Lohan said he won the blessing of Major’s father two weeks ago while sharing a hot tub in his Florida home.
“I said, 'There's something we have to talk about.'” Lohan recalled. “He said, 'Oh my God, don't tell me Kate's pregnant!’ I told him I was looking at the future, and I wanted to make it formal and take it to the next level. After that, he approved, then Kate and I discussed it and she discussed it with her dad."
Lohan said he informed Major’s dad he would like to have children with her in the future.
As for his existing feud with daughter Lindsay, Lohan told Us he delayed announcing the engagement in a bid to get her to enter rehab.
He called his relationship with Lindsay’s now soon-to-be step-mom “the strongest one in my life.”
And what about Gosselin's take on the romance between his former lover and Lohan, his one-time friend?
"Jon and I don't speak, but I wish him and Kate Gosselin the best," Major told Us.

50-year-old Michael tells People that they spent the Easter holiday with Kate's family so that he could get her father's approval. 27-year-old Kate cleared the bull feces out of her mouth and then said, "I'm very traditional, so I wanted him to talk to my father. Michael went down with me to Florida for Easter, to meet my father to ask for his permission, and my father gave his blessing. I'm ecstatic. I'm very happy. Michael and I have known each other for four years, and it's meant to be."

Michael added, "I'm ecstatic. I've never met anyone who's been there for me like Kate. She's always been there for me. The one thing about Kate is that she doesn't come with baggage."

Doesn't it make your sphincter itch when two famewhores find love with each other? I'm sure they will share their pure love with the country in a wedding that will be televised on the Fox Reality Channel on a Monday at 3am.

But seriously, Kate's father must not only hate her, but he also must hate himself. Kate, who has the face of a Bulldog puppy with downs, not only dated Jon Grosselin, but now she's MARRYING Michael Lohan?! What went wrong?! Kate probably got into her mother's bathroom cabinet when she was a child and drank an entire bottle of Summer's Eve. She hasn't been the same since.

An LA Times reporter swung by Lindsay Lohan's 6126 showroom recently and found a lot more than leggings. And it turns out the tabloid fixture isn't just debuting handbags in the very near future. A full clothing line (of which images first dropped in December and) which includes a whopping 280 looks, will hit stores including Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus and Ron Herman come July. So, what to expect? Just reference any photo of Lohan snapped post sunset in recent years. There are minidresses in embossed crocodile leather, loads of leather (which the LAT calls "likable"), and Lohan's staple hoodies covered in lace or sequins. Oh, and lots and lots of leggings.

While price points for specific garments haven’t been released, pieces from the collection will reportedly range from $60 to a staggering $1000. The latter seems a bit steep coming from a designer fond of metallic pasties and who arguably (at least according to her PR) is responsible for leggings’ ubiquity. Lohan’s rep likewise claims she was extremely involved in the design process, “choosing fabrics and inspecting samples at her downtown L.A. studio, even having all the leather jackets redone at the last minute because the sleeves didn’t fit snugly enough.” Lohan too acts as the face of the line: she models sequined jumpers and more in 6126’s FW10 look book. At least she’s forgone the stripper pole this time around. So, maybe there’s hope?
