the little I know about Law (in my country, but I guess it´s pretty much the same everywhere else), she could have up to 3 mediations with her lawyers and the people suing her to try to reach a financial agreement, she doesn´t have to go to these meetings. When the trial begins -if it begins- that´s when the court order will appear.

^ How true... I pretty much slept through two semesters of law classes, but I seem to recall that if this is strictly a civil matter she is involved with, as it seems to be, and she doesn't cooperate or testify, it brings on a default judgement (basically: you don't want to defend yourself- screw 'ya!) and the nice court will say defendant must pay $X and court cost etc... Considering her rumored financial situation, that might be a real problem for her...

^I sincerely hope it does turn out that way - maybe then she'll be forced to get away from the public eye and turn her life around. That's the only way I can see a change happening in her life - by eating the humble pie.

Last night Lindsay Lohan went to the Chateau Marmont around 10pm, and just before midnight she arrived to Bar 210. An X17 photographer on the scene tells X17online exclusively, "Lindsay got there at the same time as Samantha, but when Sam saw her, she was very quick to go inside." And that was just the beginning!
A source inside the club tells X17online exclusively:

• “Lindsay could barely walk straight. She was seriously a mess. She was obviously coming to stalk Samantha, who was DJing, and they ignored each other the whole night, even though Lindsay danced like a wild woman in front of the DJ booth. She looked ridiculous - her dress would fly up and show her bare bottom and she didn't even care. She was drinking and smoking in the club, and she looked happy one minute and pissed off another - very manic.”

After leaving Bar 210 just before 2:30am, Lindsay and her friends climbed into a car and hit up an afterparty in the Hollywood Hills around 3am, where they stayed until 4:30am. And yes, there was definitely drinking going on in the car, so it sounds like the night couldn't have been all that bad!
