Lilo is back in New York to shoot a Mother's Day special for E!. Lindsay is going to help her mother clean out her closet. Obviously, they haven't filmed this shi* yet because what is White Oprah wearing? b*tch is dressed like the toddler daughter of a mafia wife who went a little too far during a shopping spree in Reno.

Lilo probably only agreed to clean out her mother's closet because she knows there's a dozen or more forgotten Adderall and Percocet pills in the pockets of White Oprah's clothes. It's Easter all over again!

Speculation was/is that it went all the way to the Kennedy White House.

the Black Dahlia was thoroughly investigated for the time, MM was never in serious legal trouble, O.J was found innocent by a jury (who served justice as they believed it should be served) and Paris got the sentence anybody would have been given plus some due to public outrage.

Black Dahlia was botched.

The O.J case was so badly botched and tainted from the git-go, he could probably be tried again in spite of double-jeopardy since it could be argued he was never in jeopardy to begin with.

We won't go into Paris, but if you don't think there was collusion there, well....

As for LiLo, jail time may be the only thing that might wake her up now. Six months just might save her life. Those few days seem to have done something for Paris, but I'm sure her family cracked down on her too, something that will never happen with LiLo.

And Lindsay could use some jail time, particularly since she has no regard for the alcohol and driver education courses she has so blatantly avoided, and she actually called her rehab experiences like a vacation! Funny- most people seem to say it is gut wrenching and painful...

Oh miss monroe's case was not dealt with fairly. atleast thats my opinion.
we really need to discuss that in her thread though.
i actually read up on it a few months ago out of curiousity.
nothing really adds up. except the connection to her kennedy man.

Lindsay Lohan's Dad Going for Conservatorship

TMZ has learned Michael Lohan will be back in L.A. Monday ... and he's telling people he'll start the legal ball rolling to create a conservatorship for Lindsay Lohan.

Lindsay is in NYC but refuses to see MIchael ... and daddy Lohan says it's now time.

As for a possible conservatorship, Lohan is telling people he'd gladly serve as the conservator but is open to someone else assuming that role.

Michael Lohan also says he does not want his daughter to go to jail. As TMZ first reported, Lohan is on the fast track for a jail cell because she has squarely violated the terms of her probation. A court day of May 20 looms for Lindsay.

Michael wants Lindsay in rehab but not a traditional, group facility. He wants to go the Brooke Mueller route -- a private home with lots of doctors. What Michael isn't factoring in -- that type of rehab is bocu expensive and Lindsay is broke.

Geez ****, I just DON'T GET IT!!!! Her situation is so frusrating, I want get her & shake some sense into her. She was once so pretty with everything going for her and now she looks like a dried up, used, has been who is too 'off with the pixies' to even see what her life/looks/career has become.

With MM, that wasn't exactly the law at fault, the Kennedy's and Lawford just got to the body first (and there are the rumours that she was taken to hospital, pronounced dead and taken back to her home). There have been subsequent investigations but it all points to an overdose with some seriously bizarre people trying to cover up their involvement in her life, not death. Goddess by Anthony Summers is an excellent book and incredibly thorough, def recommend it!

To relate it to Lindsay, she says she loves MM so much, I wonder if she's one of those people who loves the pictures and the quotes but doesn't really know much about her life....because it's not the kind of life you'd really want to emulate!
