^Oh.
But wasn't Amanda Seyfried only just talking about her relationship with Dominic Cooper in interviews from like yesterday?

^ But that must have been before LINDSAY the femme fatale showed up!! :ninja: NO man, or woman for that matter, is safe!! :o (Lysol spray disinfectant recommended...)

^ Oh, for God's sake Linds- call NetJet and get a G5 to fly you back! It would only cost about, well, less than $100,000.00 for sure...You're a big movie star/designer! Just whip out the Black AMEX card and charge it, no problem!...Oh wait a second...never mind.... :(

HA HA HA. You always make my day :flower:

^ Thanks guys... But Lindsay certainly makes it easy to make fun of her..

^ I only feel sorry for her in regard to her illness- a treatable illness I might add- if anyone cared to help her...:(
And- in that regard, the latest from Prince Perez...!

Screw Rehab! Lindsanity Wants To Go To Prison!

So we hear, but considering the source, we'll take this with a grain of salt.
The ever fame hungry father-of-the-year, Michael Lohan, is telling the press that his daughter would rather go to jail than back to rehab.
Lindsay Lohan is well on her way to getting her wish, if that's what she is really after. If she can't stop pAArtying in Cannes long enough to get back here by tomorrow morning, her *** should get prepped for an orange jumpsuit!

Then again, with such an important date coming up, she really shouldn't have gone at all, so maybe there is some truth to the words Papa Lohan is spewing. When asked about Lilo and her options, Michael said:
"Lindsay doesn't need to go through the jail process. She thinks that three days in jail is better than 60 days in rehab and she's sadly mistaken. Lindsay doesn't realize how horrible it is to be in jail for one, two, three days or longer. It's something that would stick with her for the rest of her life and she doesn't need any more torment."
Well, you would know, wouldn't you?!
Like father, like daughter!
It's going to be a very interesting morning!

Perils of Lindsay Lohan: Arrest Possible, But Unlikely

Flighty Lindsay Lohan could be on her way to becoming a jailbird. A warrant for her arrest could be forthcoming today (May 20) if she misses a mandatory court appearance, which she likely will. Despite the drama, however, an arrest seems unlikely.
Lohan lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley insisted her client is stuck in France at the Cannes Film Festival because her passport was stolen, according to an L.A. television station.
Holley claimed Lohan tried to get on a plane to L.A. Tuesday (May 18), but without a passport was refused a seat.
Lohan reportedly has been begging anyone in Cannes with a spare seat on a private plane to give her a lift, according to gossip Web site radaronline.
So far she hasn’t had any luck and is supposed to visit the American embassy today to apply for a replacement passport, her lawyer said.
The 23-year-old actress is due to appear in a Beverly Hills courtroom for a progress hearing to determine whether she is complying with her probation and attending mandatory alcohol education classes.
Failing to appear for a hearingcould lead to a bench warrant for her arrest.
But more likely Lohan’s attorney will appear on her behalf and explain the circumstances to the court.
It would be up to Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel, who ordered the hearing, to determine whether Lohan’s excuse is legitmate.
She could either reschedule the hearing or issue a warrant. Holly is sure to be in court to make her case, and Revel, who said in February Lohan was making good progress on her probation, is likely to grant it.
Lohan has been on probation since pleading guilty in August 2007 to two misdemeanor counts of being under the influence of cocaine, no contest to two counts of driving with a blood-alcohol level above 0.08 percent and one count of reckless driving, according to MTV.com
Prosecutors have warned that she faces jail time if she violates probation again.
Lohan said she’s “been in compliance more than ever” with the terms of her probation in a recent interview with Hollywood.tv.

From TMZ, we see how concerned and distraught Lindsay is over her dilemma (or rather- self created dilemma...)

Lindsay Lohan didn't let that little court hearing thing get in the way of her party plans last night -- instead, LiLo threw on some thigh high stockings and partied on a boat in Cannes.

On the other hand, she may have just been hunting for her passport…

damn....if the judge lets her off, and says she's doing everything she should be, i have no faith in the justice system in cali.

...Lindsay doesn't realize how horrible it is to be in jail for one, two, three days or longer...
That's just not true.

A few days in jail is nothing ... and will do nothing to change her ways.

Not uncommon to see people like her choose jail time over extended help.

I still have no confidence the judge will do what is needed. :ninja:

^ Right- If I ever get in trouble in LA, I'm calling Lindsay's lawyer!!

I would almost expect Lindsay to be a big hero to the other girls in the jail... :p

TMZ Has a Live Feed from the courtroom!!!

UPDATE 8:46 AM PT: Judge Revel set LiLo's bail at $100,000!

UPDATE 8:40 AM PT:
Judge Revel just laid out stipulations if Lindsay posts bail:

1) LiLo can't drink any alcohol until she has a formal probation hearing
2) The day LiLo arrives back in Los Angeles, she gets fitted with a SCRAM device
3) Lindsay has to undergo random drug testing at least once a week

Bench Warrant Issued for Lindsay Lohan

Originally posted 6 minutes ago by TMZ Staff
A judge just issued a bench warrant for Lindsay Lohan's arrest, after she failed to show up in court this morning ... and the judge says she has reason to believe Lindsay has a d*** and alcohol problem.

Judge Marsha Revel was tough as nails this morning, scoffing at the notion that Lindsay's "someone-stole-my-passport excuse" was a justification for missing court.

Judge Revel set bail at $100,000 and said Lindsay can post bail and remain free until the next court hearing, IF she does the following:

- drink no alcohol
- wear a SCRAM bracelet
- submit to random d*** testing at least once a week

Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, told the judge the story TMZ broke -- that Lindsay claimed her passport was stolen and she tried getting on a flight to make it on time but was turned away.

At one point Holley said, "I don't know what else to tell you."

But the judge didn't buy Lindsay's argument, saying "Actions speak louder than words." The judge felt Lindsay could have gotten a replacement passport and made it back on time.

Holley said there was no reason to require drug testing, but the judge noted that Lindsay was charged in 2007 with being under the influence of c******.

Judge Revel said Lindsay knew she was going to jail if she violated probation and knew she needed to get court approval before missing her alcohol ed classes.

The judge said there is probable cause to believe Lindsay has violated her probation. If the judge determines Lindsay did indeed violate probation she could be jailed for 180 days.

^ Judge might as well have said no bail- as if Lindsay could lay her hands on that kind of bail money...

I was bored at work and watched the live feed...the judge was very stern. Ordering random *** tests will definitely seal her fate.
