As part of Carvel’s 75th Anniversary celebration last year, we issued 75 Black Cards to celebrities. These cards were issued in the celebrities' names and require the card holder to be present at the time of use. Many celebrities have enjoyed their cards at our Carvel Ice Cream shoppes and have shared their excitement with being included in the celebration. Unfortunately, the Lohan family has been abusing the card. While the card was issued in Lindsay's and Ali’s names only, her extended family has repeatedly used the card without either girl present. At first, we graciously honored their requests while explaining that the Black Card was not a carte blanche for unlimited Carvel Ice Cream for the extended Lohan family and friends. After more than six months of numerous and large orders for ice cream, we finally had to cut off the card and take it back. Dina Lohan reacted badly and called the police to have her card returned. The police responded and did return the card to Dina with instructions not to use it again.

This is an unfortunate situation where certain people feel entitled to use a celebrity’s name for their own purposes. We regret that the Lohan family is upset and hope this matter is put behind us quickly.

Carvel Responds To White Oprah

Earlier I posted about the most difficult and harrowing experience White Oprah has ever had to suffer through! It was even more agonizing than the time Nana Lohan played a cruel April Fool's Joke on her by replacing all her painkillers with Smarties.


Basically, White Oprah tried to use a Carvel VIP Black Card to get a free birthday cake for her son. The employee at Carvel refused to give it to her since the card is not in her name. White Oprah threw a fit, the cops were called and she never got her free cake. She also pretty much declared herself the Rosa Parks of Carvel.


Well, Fudgie the Whale has responded and he's sick of being emotionally, financially and physically abused by the Lohans. B*tch. Boom. Byeeeee.

It was $100 million in damages demanded from E-trade simply because they used the name 'Lindsay' in a commercial. Dina is trying to make us all forget about her ice cream mania with a new 'exclusive'

Lindsay Lohan might have a new assistant, but he shouldn't unpack just yet.

Lindsay's mom, Dina Lohan, exclusively tells RadarOnline.com that the new guy -- pictured alongside the actress leaving a Los Angeles nightspot -- is strictly still on trial.

When asked if she felt like he was going to make the cut, Dina said: "Ahhh... we'll see."

They're not very encouraging words from mama Lohan, who went on to praise Lindsay's former assistant Elinore, who quit abruptly last week under a storm of controversy.

As RadarOnline.com reported, a source said Elinore was fed up with Lindsay's demands and all night partying.

To boot, the source told RadarOnline.com that she was seldom paid and worried that something would happen to Lindsay "on her watch."

But Dina recounts a different tale, telling RadarOnline.com: "Elinore is a doll.


She's moving in a different direction... she'll probably end up working for me!"

Says Dina, "We just needed someone a little older and with more experience. We've been looking for a replacement for a while."

As RadarOnline.com reported, the search for a new assistant is nowhere near final.

Lindsay has been trying out various candidates and is still taking resumes and still interviewing for the position.

"She had candidates lined up," the source told RadarOnline.com. "She just hasn't made a decision yet."

An ad was placed on Twitter last week and although it's not specified that it is for Lohan, the insider tells RadarOnline.com that it is, and read: "Looking for a Personal Assistant for a Huge Celebrity." It continued: "Must have experience."
