Lindsay Lohan's alcohol level was as high as .04 the day her SCRAM bracelet went off, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

Lindsay's alcohol level ranged from .03 to .04 from midnight to 3 a.m on June 6, during the hours after the MTV awards, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel ordered Lindsay not to consume alcohol, revoked her bail and set a higher new bail after this incident.

Lindsay's alcohol levels were contained in a report prepared by SCRAM officials for the judge after Lindsay's bracelet registered the presence of alcohol, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

"There was absolutely no doubt that Lindsay was drinking, and the report that the alcohol monitoring service provided to Judge Revel was very detailed and extremely reliable," a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com.

We've also exclusively learned that Lindsay's SCRAM bracelet appears to have been tampered with. The tampering would not have led to a false positive reading for alcohol, the source said.

"The (SCRAM) report also says that Lohan's SCRAM bracelet had indeed been tampered with, and this is one of the reasons that Judge Revel determined that Lindsay violated terns of her bail," the source told RadarOnline.com.

It is not yet known how the bracelet was tampered with.

Lindsay's reps announced that the actress took a urine test that indicated she had no alcohol in her system after the SCRAM bracelet went off.

But official documentation from that test has not been made public.

The time of the test will be compared to the SCRAM data by both the prosecution and Lindsay's defense, the source told RadarOnline.com.

Despite reports that the probation department has cleared Lindsay, the judge in her case has not and that is the biggest hurdle for the actress.

The source told RadarOnline.com that Lindsay’s urine test will not be accepted as gospel, due to the reliability of the SCRAM device.

Lindsay's probation violation hearing is scheduled for July 6.

The alcohol education program overseeing Lindsay Lohan's sobriety has been slapped with a subpoena to appear before a judge, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney Danette Meyers served the troubled actor's court-ordered alcohol education program, Right On Program, in Glendale, California, on Friday.

Staff, including the program’s director, were ordered to testify at Lohan's probation violation hearing on July 6.

RadarOnline.com has learned it followed an incident Thursday when the director of Right On Program refused to answer Meyers’ questions, as part of her ongoing and wide-reaching investigation.

"The program director cited privacy laws and wouldn't tell the District Attorney anything, which is very unusual because this has never happened before with any other defendant," said a source familiar with the situation.

"These are court appointed programs and the prosecutor frequently calls to ask questions -- and those questions are always answered."

RadarOnline.com has been told prosecutors have suspicions that Right On Program was covering for the 23-year-old Mean Girls star, who reportedly did not follow the rules and attend all meetings.

It has been claimed the starlet was late for her classes and did not attend enough meetings to be in compliance, although she passed the program.

"In a different program last year, Lindsay had frequent attendance issues," explained a source.

"At the beginning of the year, when she switched to Right On, she had no attendance problems at all.

"That doesn't necessarily mean that anything is amiss, but when the D.A. was shut down on the telephone by the program director, she decided to have them served with subpoenas so they will be required to testify under oath."

It's the latest blow for Lohan, who as RadarOnline.com revealed, had an alcohol level of .04 on the day her SCRAM bracelet went off.

Lindsay Lohan's biggest sobriety aid -- a kind of tea called Kombucha that usually contains harmless traces of alcohol -- could get LiLo in serious SCRAM trouble ... because it might be more alcoholic than she thought.

According to the label, the tea contains less than 0.5% alcohol -- a negligible amount -- but Whole Foods recently yanked all the teas from their shelves over concerns the label isn't so accurate.

The guy behind Kombucha, GT Dave, admitted there are concerns over alcohol levels in the drink -- but tells TMZ, "Although we are not familiar with the technology or sensitivity of SCRAM bracelets, we think it would be highly unlikely that our products would trigger an alarm."

Bottom line, Lindsay would probably have to drink a ton of this stuff to set off her SCRAM-shackle -- but that's not to say she couldn't do it.

^ Actually, countless people have tried to help her. Tina Fey led an intervention for her! Lindsay doesn't want help because she believes she doesn't have a problem. And I don't agree that the legal system has failed her- it's Lindsay who refuses to comply with it. The courts have done nothing but offer help and understanding, everyone has been more than lenient with her but she continually makes a mockery of it and acts like she is above the law. There is nothing else the legal system can do for her besides sentence her to jail. Nothing else has worked so maybe that's the only thing that might get her on the straight and narrow.

Rocking a SCRAM bracelet hasn't exactly been Lindsay Lohan's cup of tea. But, according to reports, her recent run-in with the law could have been due to her love for that particular beverage.
The 23-year-old alleged celebrity has been spotted around town with bottles of Kombucha tea, which the company claims contains only a trace of alcohol (less than .5 percent). But recently, Lilo's drink of choice was pulled from shelves at Whole Foods.
Why, you may ask?
Lohan's beloved beverage is now suspected of having more alcohol in it than the its label states, according to X17online.com. The exact amount of alcohol is being investigated.
But, could guzzling bottles of Kombucha really have set off Lohan's SCRAM the night of the MTV Awards, raising her blood-alcohol level to a reported .03-.04?
Kombucha's head honcho says no way.
"Although we are not familiar with the technology or sensitivity of SCRAM bracelets, we think it would be highly unlikely that our products would trigger an alarm, " G.T. Dave, creator of Synergy Kombucha, told TMZ.
Chances are Lilo would have to down way more than one or two bottles of this tea to raise her levels that high.
That doesn't mean she won't try to to tack this one on to her long list of excuses if her SCRAM sounds off again anytime soon.
But in any case, we don't think Judge Marsha Revel will buy it.

I doubt she's getting a buzz from .5% alcohol. A lot of beverages contain tiny amounts of alcohol and are sold as non-alcoholic. That's like expecting to get drunk of chicken coq au vin or brandy snaps.
Did Tina Fey actually hold an intervention? I thought it was just her and Lorne Michaels telling Lindsay to get her s**t together.

^ I don't think it has anything to do with getting a buzz...I think Lindsay is trying to create doubt as to the reliability of the SCRAM bracelet, so they can either take it off or if (and when) she really drinks they can cast doubt on it's accuracy...
