^ You laugh- but Michael has a farm out on Long Island where he breeds these Pink Unicorns and then they are dropped from the black helicopters that follow Lindsay everywhere and then Sam puts them in any club Lindsay may visit to just, you know, like, hang out with her friends like any normal girl her age, OK? and then the bracelet goes off..and a waitress punches her in the face for no reason at all, and then she falls on her face leaving the club- just like any normal girl her age!! OK ??

Lindsay has just left the court ... and when she left the building, she was SMILING when she noticed all of the cameras and paps.
the process will continue, they just have a break ... but it is soooo exhausting to watch, because it is obvious she will once again, win ... . Is she will be put behind the bars, I will be positively surprised.

Almost as bad as the woman who kept giggling when giving testimony.
Here's my solution to the whole thing....When they come back from lunch, there is a new Judge on the case, and he bangs the gavel , points it at Lindsay and says "You in a world 'a trouble, girl!!!" Should get things moving...I would predict an immediate asthma attack from Lilo, with paramedics rushing her out, still clutching her pack of Parliaments...

Ye Olde Judge made one big boo-boo. Alchie School says they got a verbal order over the phone but no follow up written court order. Anybody in business or law will tell you, "if it ain't on paper, it don't exist", so the whole bit about missed sessions might not even be relevant in a real court. No telling what it means in LaLaLand court.
This should have been a 10 minute hearing. No need to read through all the appointments of when she did or didn't show. Hand copies of the logbook to the court, make up a calendar with the relevant dates. Doesn't matter why she didn't show on any given week. Nine weeks without an appearance, case closed, remanded to county jail for the remainder of the probation term. Bang the Gavel, Next Case.

Judge Marsha Revel has been hearing testimony from the alcohol ed people, who admitted Lindsay violated the judge's command to attend classes at least once a week. Fact is ... at least 9 times Lindsay did not hit the mark. In fact, one witness said Lindsay was disrespectful and filled with excuses, yet for some reason officials from the Right On program never notified the judge.
The judge clearly has no patience for Lindsay and prosecutor Danette Meyers is going after LiLo with a vengeance.
They're on recess now. The hearing resumes at 1:30 PM PT (4:30 NY time)

personaly, I like Lindsay, but I want her to wake up and see what she has done to herself and her carreer. Such waste of talent.
(( I don't want to see her get to the point, when there will be no way back. She is an alcoholic and she already owes a lot of money, because of her "lifestyle" ... the jail might change something, imo, if she spends there more than a few days.On the other hand - she has to want that change, if one does not want to change, nothing will help, that is true .... well, we'll see
