Exactly. Which IS VERY amusing. She's so attention-seeking. I think she'd die from lack of flashbulbs if the paparazzi stopped following her.

I remember kids at school thinking they were really edgy with crosses on their hands. Oh wow, you're 15 and you don't drink and do drugs? Well done there.

Yeah it's unbelievably obvious, the way she's holding the red bull and pointing the cross to the camera. Ugh, she's like a child wanting some sort of prize.

^ I've changed my opinion the last few weeks- I no longer think she needs rehab, that's only a visible sign of the underlying problems, whatever they may be...I think she needs a long term stay in a psychiatric hospital...There's always that possibility that either from misbehaving over a long period of time or other things, someone has really gone over the edge, even if they got the garbage out of their bloodstream....

Erin Muller claims Michael Lohan physically abused her at least twelve times over the last two years -- including an incident in which Michael allegedly "kicked [her] in the vagina."

Erin Muller filed court documents in Nassau County, NY yesterday, asking the court to drop Michael's harassment allegations against her ... and in doing so, paints Michael as an alleged serial woman-beater.

According to the documents, Erin claims Michael physically abused her on the following dates...

Dec. 9, 2007: Michael Lohan "slapped Erin in the face twice because Erin accused him of giving her a fake watch on her birthday.

Feb. 2008: Michael "punched Erin in the mouth" because she had a male friend on Facebook

March 2008: Michael "whipped a computer cord" at her face but she blocked it with her hand ... causing a laceration.

May 5, 2008: Michael "kicked Erin Muller in the ribs."

May 2008: Michael "kicked Erin Muller in the vagina, bruising it and causing substantial pain."

June 2008: Michael "spit in Erin's face, and beat her repeatedly with his fist." Then he "yelled at her to 'stop crying c*nt -- other people will see you -- if they see you, I will kill you!'"

And the list goes on and on.

Its so easy to make accusations against public figures with NO proof.When IN FACT,I have all the proof in the world.The TRUTH will come out. Just told Erin Muller has other fans on Facebook. Her other ex's must have gone through the same as I did! Now people will see and hear HER ADMISSIONS of her drug use, cheating, being committed to a psych ward and sex with family members. She even says that she can lie and nobody will believe me, then blackmailed me, saying if I don't pay her she'll go to the police or media Erin probably waqs introduced to her attorney, met him at a bar and is sleeping with hoim, like she did to me and everyone else she uses

^ Good Lord...Just who the hell are these people everywhere who are willing to put money into 'deals' involving Lindsay?? No one better to invest in than someone who stumbles out of clubs every other night on the verge of tears looking like she should be taken to the ER...Developing so many projects- she's the new Karl Lagerfeld now I suppose- line after line...(make up your own joke..)
