Skinny jeans for men... Coming to an end?

Hmmm, I would say that the skinny jeans trend isn't gonna last for much longer. And that's essentially what it is: a trend. Besides, I never see anyone other than emo/scene kids wearing skinny jeans.

Where do you live? Because in most of the major cities in the US and elsewhere, everyone is wearing them. Perhaps your perception that they are emo/scene makes you assume the people wearing them are as well?


I think its a joke to discuss the longevity of skinny jeans, they are not going anywhere fast. People are not going to give them up, they have changed so much about how we are able to dress. As with all things that become very trendy, those who adopted it solely as a trend will not continue to wear them, but for people who had been wearing them years before they became mainstream they will continue to be a wardrobe staple.

For me, it depends, especially on the guy's build.

Sometimes they look hot; other times, I just don't feel like seeing all the camel tail that comes along with it.

The only thing that I don't like about boxer briefs is that sometimes they scrunch up a bit and then you can sort of see the outline through the jeans if you know what I mean.

On a slightly different topic, a friend of mine (a girl) sent me a Jonas Brothers music video on YouTube. Naturally, I hated it, and hated it even more when I realized they're owned by Disney, but I couldn't help but notice at least their stylists have really good taste. Well, the youngest one's stylist anyway, the other two just sort of make me laugh.

my friends are the same...they always wear boxer briefs...so no problems at all...ive never seen any camel tail but yeah as you said, when they wear loose pants (which they hardly ever do!) well its getting interesting

Slightly OT, but boxerbriefs have to be the sexiest undwear on guys of all time. That's the one thing that this skinny jean scene has produced that is truly rewarding; the rising popularity of the boxerbriefs.

I was never a fan of boxer briefs, always stuck to my traditional boxers, especially the ones from A&F(just my own personal preference) but if every keeps saying they are perfect for all the skinny jeans I own, imma go and try them out now.
