^ Yes, if I'm not mistaken, one of the cars she crashed was one of his 'loaners'...a Maserati, maybe...Not that he got anything in return...

has anyone noticed that Ali is the girl behind Lindsay in the first photo ?
god, they are both young and look so old

Lindsay´s got herself a sugar daddy, huh?
I already said she could make a living as an escort...

must not pay that great though.
especially with rumors of her being broke.

i guess she was getting tips from the p*rn director for the Oscar worthy Inferno.

I have a feeling the only reason Inferno's "waiting for her release" is because no other actress in hollywood would touch the role with a ten foot pole. Well, maybe one or two... and when they step up, this big wait for Lohan will be over.

It's funny she did that skit with saturday night live about how she'd be doing p*rn (or introducing it at least) in only a couple years and everyone laughed... cause it was true.

The compairing herself to the Iraqi woman about to be stoned to death for cheating on her hubby is my favorite. I mean, 90 days in jail... painful, inhumane death... they're, like, so similiar. We should totally write letters to congress to get her off the hook. It's totally not her fault anyway. She had ****ty parents. No one else in the world knows what that's like. It means you get to do whatever you want, whenever you want and they make it all go away so you can buy more "shoes."

i mean, the parents can be to blame when it comes to how lindsay was raised because i have seen it happen to my ex-best friend i knew since i was 4.

her mom is an addict and she was only clean when she had her partner, who was the stern one in the relationship when it came to raising her, but once they split and she was left with her mom things got worse.
she ran away at age 14, got into drugs/drinking then, and shes nearing 21 now and shes already been in jail.
i was told she did stripping at one of the strip clubs here, she has a lot of guys that shes been with..
its like lindsays situation only in the way where the people around you need to be clean and supportive for any chance of recovery.
if you dont have that strong support system to go home to, at the end of the day its not going to help her at all.

she needs to be out of HW, have friends who dont dabble or drink, and her parents need to support her rather then using her fame for themselves.

ive always supported my friend and i wanted her to be around here more then there because, if she was, she wouldnt have turned out this way.
my mom always thought of her as another daughter, but because my mom was going through the divorce from my dad, and other personal issues, she couldnt take her in, and my mom really wishes she could have because instead of being a high school drop out, she would have graduated with me and had a job and a stable environment and someone to be a good parent for her.

I've had my share of experiences with folks that had bad childhoods.
It does effect you, I'm not going to deny that, but at some point you become an adult and you can either decide to emulate what you grew up with or realize how much you hated it all and chose to make something of yourself.
I've had a friend that had two junkie parents and she's never been to jail, currently works three jobs and is one of the most responsible people I know. Soooo, I only have so much sympathy. I know you weren't making excuses, so I didn't mean this to sound like an attack. Just sharing the other side of the coin.

^ Yup, the support system is everything! She said after one of her rehabs that the only people she could trust, who understood her, were her rehab and AA friends- that lasted a couple of weeks...she will never find such honest, caring people out in clubs every night (take it from someone who worked in them for years...) That is where I started to lose respect for her- she knows the solution, she just doesn't follow it... :(

^ i know

some people are strong enough to be completely different to what theyre upbringing was, but others arent.
its hard when a parent doesnt care where you go, who you go out with, what time you come home, and again im speaking from seeing what it was like with my friend.
so when your a young teen and you have all that freedom, of course your going to do stuff your not supposed to.
your going to go over to some boys house when his parents arent home, your going to try your first drink, and then eventually it goes to your first drug.
then the next thing you know, your caught up in this lifestyle because you were allowed to have all that amount of space because you own mother was more concerned going out with her friends and getting drunk, then where her young 14 year old daughter is.

and im not saying this is what it was like for lindsay, and im also not saying that every single person who went through this kind of life growing up always turn out like the parents.

but i think the majority of people who do grow up like this end up the way lindsay did.
adding fame to that, espcially starting at a young age, and im sure its 100% worse, and most definitley when your parents use their child for fame and free things.

but i have seen people who have grown up with druggies/drunks for parents and they strived not to be them and ended up successful in school, graduating with honors and going off to college and getting a degree.

Remember the shoes in her apartment?? In financial trouble are we, humm? I wonder what Lohan House could do with this lot...

Lindsay Lohan Poised to Make Millions by Going to Jail

340x_lindsaytongue.jpg

Lindsay Lohan is reportedly angling for $1 million for her first post-jail interview, and going to prison could end up boosting sales of her clothing line, too. "Financially, it's the best thing that could have ever happened to Lindsay."
Lately, Lindsay's main sources of income have been paid appearances and tweeting for cash, which pay no more than a few thousand a pop. But jailhouse confessions? Those are really worth something. Paris Hilton was reportedly offered $1 million for hers. (But ultimately gave it away for free to Larry King.) Popeater's Rob Shuter reports,
"Expect to see a major TV and magazine deal," a source close to Lindsay tells me. "Lindsay might have made a lot of mistakes, but she knows how much her first interview is worth. She won't even consider offers of less than $1 million."
Of course, they won't literally be paying for the interview—as is de rigueur for American checkbook journalism, she will technically be paid for some sort of primary material (video confessionals?) so the interview can remain "unpaid."
Meanwhile, Women's Wear Daily's Marcy Medina reports that retailers are stocking up on apparel from Lindsay's 6126 leggings line.
"Lindsay has mind share right now, so people will be interested to see what the merchandise looks like," said Jeff Vansinderen, a senior retail analyst at B. Riley & Co. "Times are tough right now in the retail environment and if I'm a retailer, I'm going to put the merchandise out there and try to sell it."
"This is a hard incident, and we don't know how the consumer is going to react," said Fraser Ross, owner of Kitson stores, who ordered about $15,000 worth of 6126 apparel for this month. He acknowledged that Lohan could get out of jail in as few as 23 days "as the clothes are hitting stores and there will be interest in her."
Once she has all her post-prison money, LiLo can blow it all on a massive c*** bender, go to jail for that, give more interviews and reap more profits, and—whoops! Looks like we've fallen into a vortex of infinite regression, degradation, and debauchery. This process is also known as "show business."

This is great. Dina Lohan is organising Lindsay's legal representation.

The name of Lindsay Lohan's new attorney will be announced Friday, one day after her previous lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, quit as LiLo's legal counsel, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

And despite some reports that the Mean Girls star, 24, has hired Tiffany Feder-Cohen to represent her, Lohan's camp says that's not true.
In an exclusive statement to RadarOnline.com, Stephanie Ovadia, the attorney for Lindsay's mom Dina, tells us, "Tiffany Feder-Cohen is not Lindsay's attorney and never was. She is just a good friend who is helping out. Lindsay's new attorney will be announced today."

As RadarOnline.com reported exclusively, Holley quit on Thursday after discovering that Lindsay's team was shopping around for new representation after she was sentenced on Tuesday to 90 days in jail followed by 90 days in rehab for violating conditions of her probation related to her 2007 DUI conviction.

^ They're stocking up on her clothes because she is going to jail?? I'm missing something here.... And can we see a show of hands by people who care who her new lawyer is?? Hands...? Yes...? No one...?

Isn't there some kind of law barring convicts from profiting from their crimes or prison time? I know a lot of cons were barred from selling books or movie rights.

Or doesn't that apply to Lohans either?

They're stocking up on her clothes because she is going to jail?? I'm missing something here.

"Lindsay has mind share right now, so people will be interested

I'd guess they're just going on name recognition and notoriety.

Dina Lohan Exclusive: 'Lindsay's Scared to Death'

et_lohan_100708_large.jpg

"Lindsay's scared to death," Dina Lohan tells Entertainment Tonight's Samantha Harris in her only interview since daughter Lindsay was sentenced to three months in jail on Tuesday in a Beverly Hills court.
The interview was conducted Thursday afternoon in Entertainment Tonight's Studio City, Calif. offices. The conversation was emotional, with Dina stopping several times as she broke down in tears. Can Lindsay survive jail? Dina says, "You know, she's strong, but until someone faces something as devastating as that...we're going to have to see." "God willing," she adds, "it won't happen."
Dina tells Entertainment Tonight exclusively, that Lindsay is currently consulting new legal counsel and hoping to file an appeal before her court-mandated jail term, no later than July 20. "She's a fighter, and until the final result -- we're not giving up." Continuing on, "I think it's time we get another attorney just to see it from another light and do damage control." Dina says she and Lindsay spend hours each day on their own reviewing court documents, case law and information about the Los Angeles jail system.
Of the "ambush" in court, Dina says Lindsay was "completely blindsided." Lindsay believes she was in complete compliance with the terms of her parole and that the outcome of the day in court was to be the removal of her SCRAM bracelet. Dina speaks out against Judge Marsha Revel for allowing the proceedings to be televised and making a "spectacle" of her daughter, saying, "This is not an OJ Simpson trial, which they made it out to be."
Furthermore, Dina questions Judge Revel's fairness in the hearing, saying, "If she wants a trial, then make it a fair trial. I feel like Shawn [Chapman Holley], Lindsay's [former] attorney should have stood up and said, 'Listen, I didn't know you were going to have witnesses.' We would have had ten witnesses. We didn't get a shot. We didn't get a shot at fairness."
As for the mood in Lindsay's home over the past 48 hours, Dina says, "It's very difficult, we're not sleeping well, we're not functioning. We cry a lot and we hug a lot. She's petrified, we all are. We're angry. We're disappointed in the system."
Dina says that although she believes Lindsay should not be in rehab today, she doesn't condone the behavior that landed her daughter in trouble with the law in 2007, saying, "She did a really stupid thing. Thank God she didn't hurt anyone….I know my daughter is clean and sober today. I know that for a fact. I'm not a doctor…and I'm not an attorney. I'm a mother. And I'm sitting here, as a mother, just worried about my child."
The Dina Lohan exclusive, "Lindsay Through Her Mother's Eyes," begins airing Friday only on Entertainment Tonight.

So TMZ is reporting Lindsay is telling people she is not going to jail...Her new lawyer, BTW, just finished law school- obviously the sort of high powered help she needs right now to challenge the legal system... And Fox News just had three lawyers on to discuss it all...They asked 'Is there any chance of her overturning the jail term?" and the one guy said "Is there something less than Zero Chance??"
