She has just entered rehab for the fourth time

X17online.com can report EXCLUSIVELY that Lindsay Lohan spent her first night in rehab last night -- at attorney Robert Shapiro's rehabilitation facility Pickford Lofts. The sober living house was started by the famed OJ Simpson attorney after he lost his son Brent to the disease of c******l dependence in 2005. Lindsay was visited yesterday by her mom Dina, sister Ali, her ex Samantha Ronson, her assistant Eleanor, and her rumored-to-be new girlfriend Eilat Anschel.
Eleanor brought in pillows and bags from Blick art supply, a case of Sprite and toilet paper. Sam showed up around 10 pm and stayed for 45 minutes.
Shapiro still has not confirmed he will represent Lindsay in a possible appeal to Judge Marsha Revel's 90-day jail term sentence for Lohan's violation of probation. But is it his plan to get her into rehab so the court feels she's making an effort to get better so that Revel will reduce the jail term or possibly reverse it in favor of an in-patient sobriety program?

So what does the judge do now? They can't deny her treatment, but if every user sentenced to jail ran to rehab and got out of going it would be a joke...Lindsay isn't the first one to think of this ploy, that's for sure..

^ You know- that really is the only fair answer...the judge said jail and then rehab- once again, for like the 5,000th time- Lindsay is going to (try) do it the way she wants!! Lock her a** up and then she should really be ready to pay attention!! (I'd be suspicious of a 'treatment program' run by her lawyer in any case...)

when she is absolutely sober now, like her mom claims, why did she went into this rehab-house? I just don't see the logic.
It's like going to jail by choice even if you are innocent.

^ Well, the sort of long term problems Lindsay has had need months, if not years, of treatment for the underlying causes- not the week and a half of abstinence that she and her mother evidently think are the whole story....

Edit: I don't think there is a chance in hell the judge is going to buy this (latest) con game...

“Well, the second two times I went into rehab, to be honest with you, I had to go because it was a court thing. It was an obligation. I had to do it to stay out of getting any jail time. And I took responsibility for that. And it was like a vacation.”

How is this time any different? She could have checked into rehab the day after sentencing...

I'm not sure Revel has the stones though. She seems a bit wishy-washy to me. Orange Smurf should have been taken from the courtroom last week. After all of the previous games, there was no reason at all for the two weeks.

Like I said before, that whole circus last week should have taken no more than an hour or so. If it were up to me, I'd have come down like a ton of bricks on the class operators and possibly banned them from any further work for the county. I'd have also been tempted to lay contempt of court charges against Holley.

so what....are they gonna drag her a$$ from rehab into jail? this is BS if you ask me....i hope the judge doesn't go all soft. obviously rehab doesn't work for LL...this whole case is a joke, and LL is in a really sad situation from all aspects IMHO

^ Yes- they should haul her out of her latest 'Country Club Rehab Vacation' and lock her up for as long as possible- and then send her to a tough, court ordered rehab of the court's choosing...that is what is called for...place your bets- I'll believe it when I see it...

I'm wondering whether this is actually an attempt to get her off something before she goes to jail? Even the prescribed stuff that they've admitted she's on has serious withdrawal effects.

^ Not in a couple of days...and a medical detox center is like a hospital- not this nonsense...

its just kind of funny and rather convienant that shes going to 'rehab' 5 days before shes going to jail.

if she wanted to make it look like she was serious about this, like someone said, she would have gone after her sentencing.

i hope the judge is hard enough to say 'to bad, jail first then rehab'
or maybe lindsay is just staying there for the next few days to ensure nothing will happen to her before she gets desperate to get out of this jail time.

who knows what goes on in that f'ked up head of hers.
