^ like that will happen.
she'll probably have overcrowding in rehab too.

i know i say this a lot, but its ridiculous that she is only serving 2 weeks.
she will learn nothing.
shell make it sound like she spent 3 months in there, and shell over dramatize everything.
shes a drama queen, she aint going to change.

I agree completely. It is pointless and all it did was give her a ****load of attention and publicity which is exactly what she craves.
That other socialite brat that got given six months only served 18 days or something along those lines and she's getting interviews and publicity, claiming she's innocent and it was such bull**** too. Lohan's gonna do the same. They learn nothing. Paris never opened any of the facilities she said she would to help the inmates there, but it was great PR at the time. Give me a break. :yuk:

If that strip searching in a bus parking is true though, then I agree that's a bit too far for any inmate. Why not have it in a room inside? That seems odd to me, but not just for LL, for anyone.

It's not the justice system's task to teach her a lessons, she's just there to do her time. Very few inmates 'learn their lesson' in jail, most are repeat offenders.

I totally agree with all of you guys.
But I really, really hope that she learnt her lessons! Not for us, her mother or for the media, for herself. She can´t live like that forever. For gods sake, I wish her to stay in jail at least 3 or 4 weeks, or even longer. She needs it, and - we all know - deserves it. After jail she should get into rehab as soon as possible. she needs to get down on earth.

^^I really agree with you Myown. She needs, like REALLY needs every minute of jail she can get. It would help her so much

^i have the same feeling.during the day she will go from a tv network to another for her "tell-all" interviews (it was so hard, everyone was so harsh,it has really changed my life,i'm changed person now,i'm fine,i'm happy and ready to work...........) and then nightime it will the same old story

nah, she has to go straight to rehab when she gets out doesnt she ?
and she HAS to do those 90 days for sure to right ?
cause if that gets cut to, they might as well just skip rehab and let her free altogether.

nothings going to help her at this rate.
i wont buy any of the 'im changed because of this'
look at paris, she was all 'changed' too, and what has she been doing this past week ?
partying.
and it didnt take her long after she got out to get right to it either.

lindsay will be no different.

Wouldn't it be great if all her candids were in illustrated form?

^ they would be more bearable, yes.

i cant believe shes getting out so fast!

dear LORD, hear my prayer - keep her there for as long as it takes to make her sane?

^ A sane person would quickly become insane from weekly visits by Dina Lohan. Now, imagine if an already insane person was raised from birth by said Mother of The Year. Well no need to imagine you can browse 162 pages right here!

extra-treatment explained
With jailhouse rumblings that Lindsay Lohan is getting special treatment behind bars, authorities want to set the record straight about one thing: The star got to keep her lanky hair extensions only because they were too hard to remove. According to the Los Angeles Times, sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore said that most inmates at the Century Regional Detention Facility will have their extensions removed upon entering–but only if the fake locks are actually detachable. Lohan’s, he said, are bonded to her hair, sewn too close to the scalp to remove. Lohan, 24, has been jailed at the women’s facility in Lynwood, Calif., since July 20 for a 90-day sentence for violating probation in a DUI case. Her term is being reduced due to overcrowding and she has less than a week left behind bars. –Sara Hammel

we cant keep blaming dina.
she is one hell of a child raiser (or not) - we see that.

but lilo makes her own choices. at her age, she is to blame for where she is.

Apparently she's whining about not being able to see her family between her vacation resort places. She has to go from one to the other and wants her Mommy.

I say ban her from seeing any of her blood relatives for at least a year, except for maybe the one brother who seems to have some common sense.

Exactly. Lindsay has a brother who just graduated from college with honours and he was brought up by the same pair of parents, so the family issue doesn't explain it all.

And Dina keeps on referring to Lindsay as "this child", "this little girl". But she was Lilo's age (24) when she gave birth to her.

^Proof that LL isn't in a good state of mind. And it's nothing to do with being in jail.

Lindsay has a new movie!!! And this time she made it into the trailer!!!!

Lindsay Lohan is NOT getting special treatment in jail and her life behind bars has been anything but comfortable, her mom Dina told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview on Thursday.
Lindsay, 24, doesn’t even have a pillow and talks to her mother and other visitors through a glass partition using a telephone, Dina revealed.
Some reports have claimed Lindsay has a cell phone but Dina says that’s far from the truth.
“She doesn’t have cell phone privileges, that’s absurd. She doesn’t even have a pillow to sleep on,” Dina told RadarOnline.com exclusively.
“I talk to her through glass. There’s a phone and we put her on speaker but I can’t even hug my daughter.
“She’s treated like a common criminal.”
But the Mean Girls star has been treated well while locked up, according to her mom.
“I have to say that the people inside have been pretty cool to her…the guards and the inmates.” Dina told RadarOnline.com
Lindsay has been at the Lynwood Correctional Center for nine days and is expected to be released any day. She will head straight to an inpatient rehab facility, most likely in Los Angeles.
Her mom is greatly relieved.
“We’re all so happy that this is finally coming to a close,” Dina told RadarOnline.com. “When this first happened, we were all hysterical messes.
“But I’m so proud of Lindsay, she’s been so strong and positive, even under what I consider to be a extremely harsh punishment.”
Dina and Lindsay’s younger sister Ali were on their way to visit the actress on Thursday afternoon.
