if i remember correctly from her marylin monroe vanity fair (?) cover, her boobs are a little saggier than that so she's either had them done, or she's wearing one of those really thin bras that makes no difference

Making good on her agreement to cooperate with the court, Lindsay Lohan was spotted attending a meeting at the courthouse in Santa Monica earlier today (August 27).
As she made her exit, LiLo, dressed in a black top, no bra, and a flannel button-up, looked to be crying, leading to rumors that she got some bad news while talking with the judge.
Despite her sour disposition, the “Mean Girls” actress looked to be in fine form, especially considering her tan complexion.
Given the fact that she wasn’t privy to a tanning bed in prison or rehab, the question remains- how did she get so tan so fast?!

#2723 those pics of her without bra are quite disturbing for how much classy they are..!
her boobs were a bit saggier previously but the day she went to the court before entering prison she already had those huge things! so i don't think she has anything done..except the lips maybe..also a boob job is not something that you can do in the evening and then the morning after you go out without bra..you are supposed to wear some kind of bandage..i believe..
and for her "fresh" tan...i mean..she has a line of tanning products!
anyway...same old lindsay i guess..

She's probably discovered some kind of special bra/spanx device, I don't think she could have surgery and the media not find out about it. This was court ordered rehab, you can't undergo therapy whilst bandaged up in bed with a boob job which takes weeks to recover from. If she got a breast augmentation I think the judge would hear about it.

Dina Lohan told Matt Lauer that daughter Lindsay will be moving back to New York after her legal troubles are over. Maybe now we know why she wants to get out of California.

Lindsay's pop, Michael Lohan, tells radaronline.com that he's moving to California to open a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center, saying that he needs to "step out of the media for a while" and get back "to what I know best -- helping people with addiction."

He says he already has secured financing and a team of therapists and is negotiating the center's location. The center is being backed by "a really well-known person," he says, though he's not disclosing any names.

What will treatment involve? It isn't clear, but Lohan shared this nugget: "I believe spirituality and holistic methods can cure anything. God will be a major element in recovery."
