And I would imagine that one should never drink alcohol with them, especially taken together...No wonder she is so crazy... (Just like you don't smoke cigarettes if you have asthma, which she also does...) Can you say 'Self inflicted wounds'??

btw, you can smoke when you have asthma.
you probably shouldnt, but you can.
it just depends on how bad it is.
like one girl i know cant smell cigarette smoke without a coughing fit and near asthma attack, but my aunt has mild asthma and can smoke while she has a drink. she doesnt smoke everyday, just when shes drinking, which isnt often

I'm just annoyed at all the people boo-hooing that it's too harsh. I knew someone that got more time than her for just one charge. They had to serve the entire time and now they can't drink for two years.

Lindsey's had how many chances? How many charges? She gets less time and she'll probably only serve half of it, if that. I think she got off easy. I'm so sick of these spoiled socialites getting away with murder and thinking people are "being so mean" when they have to face consequences.

Dina Lohan Shocked By Lindsay's Jail Sentence


Dina Lohan watched in disbelief as her daughter Lindsay was sentenced tuesday to 90 days in jail for violating terms of probation over a three-year-old drug case.

"This is so not fair to do this to my child," a flabbergasted Dina Lohan told PopEater exclusively shortly after Judge Marsha Revel made the announcement.

i think its very damn fair that she finally gets to pay for her mistakes and all the lies she told.
it shows that there is a system in California and the people want to keep girls like lindsay off the path to self destruction.
because thats exactly where shes headed.
leave her alone, take off the scram bracelet, and less then 3 months later shell be back in the same boat, and maybe even falling off it more often.

this jail thing is going to be good for lindsay, and i doubt that the judge would want her to serve less time then she ordered.
she seemed pretty stern on the 90 days.
i hope the doctors she appointed will keep her in jail for the full 90 days so lindsay can really be sober and sort out her life.

she needs this jail and rehab sentence more then anything, or else Dina, youll be burying your child in the future, before she even has a chance to get her life back.

and i really dont give two shiits if that sounds harsh, but its true.
people like lindsay who drink and do drugs and are on perscription drugs as well end up dead.
if she keeps on this road shes going to be gone too and while im not her biggest fan, it would sadden me because she does have the talent to do better then what shes done, she just needs to straighten up and get sober.
if all the other celebs can do it, then she can too.

stay away from the club scene when your sober until you are confident that you wont touch a drink.
stay away from the friends who are always piss drunk or who dabble with substances.
go to family therapy because i have never seen a family need it more then the Lohans.

CMF- most of those Rx are for depression and anxiety, perhaps bipolar disorder, insomnia and so on...pretty strong stuff- more so all together...

I couldn't figure out why she gave her two weeks to come to a boil, either..

Friends of Lindsay Lohan tell TMZ ... they fear for her safety -- even her survival -- during her two weeks of freedom before going to jail.
The judge could have sent Lindsay to the slammer immediately, but instead gave her until July 20 to turn herself in. Friends worry that Lindsay is now fully off the hinges and may not be able to resist the d**gs and alcohol.

The catch-22 -- if Lindsay falls off the wagon she could end up getting even more jail time. Even worse, her friends worry Lindsay could become so irrational she could harm herself.

As if there weren't enough temptation ... there's a big belated birthday bash for Lindsay set for tonight at an L.A. club -- not the best place for a future inmate with a SCRAM accessory.

the point is, she violated her probation, of course she was going to jail. if paris hilton went to jail for 20 days for violating her probation, what made anyone think lindsay was save?
