Talk about a crime of fashion! Lindsay Lohan is being sued by photographer Scott Nathan, TMZ reports. Nathan, who took the pics for Lohan's 6126 fashion line, claims that Lohan promised him a 1% interest in her collection and that he never received his money. TMZ's not sure how much Nathan is seeking in damages. It seems foolish that Lohan would ignore the one person interested in her collection.

Lindsay Lohan may have recently been canned from a movie, but that doesn't mean she's not getting other work.
Last month, Lohan was reported to have signed on to upcoming indie flick Inferno to play Linda Lovelace, the late p*rn star most famous for the 1972 hard-core movie Deep Throat. Well, her photographer pal Tyler Shields confirmed to us this weekend that the actress has indeed landed the gig. Shields says he's talked to the movie's director, Matthew Wilder, about Lohan's role...
"[Wilder] contacted me and asked me if I would do the promos for the movie," Shields told us Saturday night at the opening of "Collisions," his new exhibition at Gallery 1018 in downtown L.A.
Wilder and his producers plan to officially announce Inferno later this month at the Cannes Film Festival, according to Gossip Cop. For a time after Lovelace left the adult movie business, she became an antipornography activist. She died in 2002 at the age of 53 from injuries she suffered in a car accident.
We can only imagine what Lohan-as-a-p*rn-star will look like in a Shields photo. Just last week, the two caused quite a stir when Shields released eye-popping pics he shot of a barely dressed LiLo brandishing a gun and covered in blood for his upcoming book The Dirty Side of Glamor.
"The photos I have not released will top anything you've seen before," Shields said. "Let's just say they're what you've seen maybe times 10, maybe times 100."
The Extra Credit Question for today will be: what in the name of God Exit 51 on the Long Island Expressway has to do with anything...
Rosie O'Donnell is dispensing advice: "Lindsay Lohan needs a severe intervention," she tells Access Hollywood. "She's a kid from Exit 51 on Long Island… that's exactly where I grew up. There were like five people that were famous in the area where we grew up and she's one of them, and it makes me very sad."
Rosie doesn't understand why Dina Lohan doesn't take control of her daughter's life. "Lindsay Lohan's mother grew up one town over from where I did. I'm the same age as her mother," she continued. "I look at Lindsay and think, 'That could be my child.' Literally. And all I want to do is help her and save her and I wonder why her mother does not."

If only Rosie O'Donnell was her Mum. Sure she'd be wearing crocs but better than her murder/suicide photos and her only job prospect involving deep throat.

It's being reported by Radar Online that Lindsay's attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, met with Deputy District Attorney Danette Meyers and Judge Revel for about 45 minutes to talk about a possible probation violation.
With claims that Lindsay hasn't met her alcohol course requirements, Miss Meyers said, "I don't know yet if Lindsay has indeed violated probation. If she hasn't violated probation, I will be very happy for her and send her on her way."
Meyers added, "However, if she has in fact violated the terms of her probation, I will be asking the judge for a significant jail time."
