Poor, poor, pour LilLiLoco can't catch a break. Even the airlines are out to frame her:

Lindsay Lohan tossed back some vino on a plane Saturday - just a couple of days from her DUI hearing in Los Angeles.

After partying until the early hours of Saturday morning in Cannes, France, the troubled star boarded a British Airways flight to London Saturday, where she was spotted knocking back red wine.

Lohan arrived in Los Angeles Saturday night around 7, according to reports.

She has been ordered to attend a court hearing Monday related to her 2007 drug and alcohol busts.

The 23-year-old missed a court hearing Thursday, claiming she was unable to return to California because her passport had been stolen.

Then she angered the judge by being photographed lounging on a yacht in the French Riviera the same day.

An arrest warrant was issued, authorizing officials to pick her up the minute she stepped off the plane, but Lohan was allowed to post $100,000 bail instead as a guarantee she'll show up for the hearing.

If your name is Lohan, I doubt it...BUT, the judge blowing off her vacation when Friday she said she was leaving, and then "the photo" showed up and Dina mouthed off...maybe she wants to sock it to Lindsay tomorrow...

^ Totally. And the plot is even more confusing, unbelievable and hard to follow.

Try pitching these sitcom characters to a studio:

'Lilo' : a 24 year old alcoholic stripper on the run from the law. She survives day to day on royalties from her former life as a disney teen princess. In each episode she will have a completely new set of friends love interests. In each episode the actress must look completely different from the previous episode, including new hair and prosthetic double chin. The character will age 5 years episode to episode but everyone else will stay the same. The character is also a movie director, novelist, TV producer, fashion designer, singer, actress and model, without ever doing any of these activities.

'Dina' : a 40 something mother of four. In each episode she must start a new business venture which will fail at the end of that episode. All of her lines must contradict what the character said in the previous episode, no matter how greatly this ruins the plot. She is voted Mother of the Year, one of the greatest ballerinas in the USA, a former Rockette and a TV actress. She is also none of these things.

'Michael' : Think Rocky meets Wall Street meets The Hills Have Eyes. 'Michael' may appear at anytime in any episode for no reason at all. The other characters can ignore his presence or not for no reason at all.

Lohan cannot comply with the order Judge Marsha Revel will almost certainly lay down tomorrow -- cut d*** and alcohol out of her diet ... this according to multiple people who are in a position to know.
Judge Marsha Revel talked about it last Thursday -- that the conditions of her bail will be refraining from consuming alcohol, wearing a SCRAM bracelet to monitor alcohol consumption, and submitting to random d*** testing at least once a week.
As one person connected to Lindsay tells TMZ, "She can't make it through a day without it. She's a mess."
Another source says Lindsay wakes up with cravings and satisfies them fast.
Unless Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, changes Judge Revel's mind tomorrow in court, the three conditions should become part of Lindsay's bail by noon.
Probation violations aside, if Lindsay violates any of these conditions, the judge could revoke her bail and put her in jail.

The person who wired Lindsay Lohan's bail money at lightning speed last Thursday also helped Britney Spears get back on track ... and she's considered a behind-the-scenes wheeler dealer who pushes some pretty controversial born-again views.

Lou Taylor -- who has a financial management company in Nashville, Tennessee -- quietly came on board with Lindsay a few months ago.

Taylor is not only considered genius in the money department, she's a huge personality with a moral force that easily rivals her hubby, who's a minister.

Sources say one of the reasons Taylor came on board with Lindsay is because of her fire and brimstone approach to handling her clients. We're told Taylor is not shy about pushing her born again religious views ... something we're told scared the hell out of Britney ... but we're also told Brit got over it when Taylor engineered the financial end of Brit's very successful concert tour.

Taylor reps a bunch of Hollywood types as well as Nashville singers. One person who currently works with Taylor says, "She takes BS from no one. It's like having a mother with an iron fist who just fiercely tries tries to protect her clients."Another source says Taylor's influence is so strong, it's like having an "interventionist" on her clients' team.
Taylor is the one who ripped Dr. Phil a new one for trying to do a Britney intervention on his television show in the middle of her 5150 hold.

Sources say Taylor has helped Lindsay in the financial chaos department. In the intervention department ... not so much.

As to an on the spot d*** test- only if the judge wants a sure way to revoke bail and lock her up on Monday- which is possible after the last few days...Even money she ends up in the ER by tonight and then to detox and court ordered rehab and so on....
