Anybody see the interview earlier with Danny Bonaduce? He's been through all this and knows first hand how it works from the inside. His opinion is that she's beyond voluntary rehab and one of the best things for her might be either jail or confined rehab.

He also said the Scram is a toy that can easily false or be defeated or fooled.

but Brandy's case has nothing to do with Lindsay's. I know nothing about Brandy, but if she really gets nothing, it is definetely not right, so you should not use it as an example.
