According to Lindsay Lohan’s latest medical report from UCLA, the actress was not addicted to c****** as once suspected.
Instead, it is believed she was misdiagnosed as having Attention Deficit Disorder and given the p*********** d*** A*******, which may be to blame for triggering her often bizarre behavior.
Now Lohan apparently wants some form of apology or compensation from the courts.
“Lindsay is fuming – she is really upset that the courts put her through all this,” a source close to the 24-year-old told Pop Tarts, referring to Lohan's incarceration for violating terms of her probation for a 2007 DUI, and subsequent court-ordered rehab.
The insider said Lohan’s camp was “exploring its options.” But just in case you’re thinking about it, Linds, legal action against the courts is probably out of the question.
“No judge or prosecutor could be sued under these circumstances, they have absolute immunity,” explained Santa Monica-based Criminal Defense Attorney, Steve Cron. “Judge Revel formulated her opinion of Lindsay based on the information she had at the time from another program. The judge could still be dissatisfied with the report from UCLA and seek independent opinions or insist Lindsay be enrolled in other programs.”
Lohan has admitted to trying c****** in previous interviews, and c****** was found on her person when she was arrested for a DUI in 2007.
Pop Tarts is told that the “Mean Girls” star is more concerned with her public image, and believes the courts should issue an apology.
But now that Revel voluntarily removed herself from the case, after lawyers complained that she had contacted "participants and experts" involved without notifying the lawyers in advance, it seems Lohan has a better chance of making a smooth transition back into her normal life.
“It’s a good thing for Lindsay, the new judge won’t have any stake in going above and beyond in trying to prove that what they said originally was right,” added Cron.
So given that she now may be considered “insurable” to work on films thanks to her rehab's medical conclusions, we’re told Lohan has been entertaining a string of movie offers since regaining access to her BlackBerry last week and is “excited” to get back to work and life. However, it remains unclear when she will be released from the facility.
Now for the career comeback and long term sobriety!! Place your bets...time for a hook up with Samantha Ronson and another chapter in this never ending soap opera! Have patience, bartenders of the world- Lindsay will be back soon!! B)
), all put together should more than cover insurance and financing for Inferno.
woot
because in a poor economic climate people are always looking for new opportunities, and a sexploitation flick from a studio run by Lindsay Lohan is definately an attractive proposition

As TMZ first reported, all signs are pointing to Lindsay Lohan being released from UCLA this week -- and we're hearing it will happen tomorrow. Judge Elden Fox has decided not to issue an order today, but rather he will make a decision tomorrow at 8:30 AM PT.
As we've told you, the doctors at UCLA think Judge Marsha Revel's mandate that Lindsay spend 90 days in rehab is excessive, and they are recommending an early release.
Sources tell us going into last weekend, the plan was for a Wednesday release, and all signs now point to Judge Fox releasing Lindsay tomorrow morning and ordering outpatient care.

Lindsay Lohan signed her rehab discharge papers on Tuesday, RadarOnline.com is reporting exclusively.
In a sudden and surprising decision, Lindsay will be released from her court-ordered d*** and alcohol rehabilitation at UCLA Medical Center early – and may be out as early as Tuesday, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Lohan had a court hearing scheduled for Wednesday but a plan was secretly formulated to release her Tuesday and avoid a media frenzy. It is possible her release could be delayed to Wednesday, but RadarOnline.com learned that everything is set for her release, including a three-car decoy to get her out of UCLA and away from the media.
Judge Elden Fox is overseeing her case.
RadarOnline.com has also learned exclusively that Lindsay will continue outpatient treatment at UCLA two to three times per week.
She is on day 22 of her 90-day treatment program. Her early release is an apparent and calculated move to avoid media attention.
RadarOnline.com also has learned that Lindsay is hoping to get permission to go to New York in early September.
The 24-year-old was sentenced to serve 90 days in jail, followed by a three-month stint in rehab for probation violations stemming from her 2007 DUI conviction.
After 14 days in custody at the Century Regional Detention Center in Lynwood, Lohan was discharged early and sent to UCLA.
