Heidi might not be there anymore..who knows. With Ale it's all kind of a mystery right now. She was supposed to do 2 events for the bombshell tour this month and now she's not attending either one she was suppose to be at. VS has released a "Angel" list of the girls on facebook, and vsallaccess who will be at the show, she's not listed at either....and she's not in the Christmas commercial this year...so no one really knows what's going on.

Oh no she got Marissaed!

I hope that's not the case but her name has been noticeably absent from recent communiques.

Not only is her name absent, she was scheduled for a couple events, and now isn't attending them at all.

Summer may be winding down but Victoria’s Secret and CBS will keep temperatures rising with the 2010 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, scheduled to air on Tuesday, November 30 at 10/9C. The annual lingerie runway show will be back in New York, along with Victoria’s Secret Angels Adriana Lima, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Candice Swanepoel, Chanel Iman and Erin Heatherton. The musical guest will be announced next month, so stay tuned!

And last week Lima-Fans announced the musical guest is Katy Perry, so no waiting on that info there lol

well i would hate to think last year was heidi last show.i mean i would like to have seen her go out in style you know something like what they did for tyra.but ive always felt 2007 should have been her last show because after that she started to annoy me .i just felt she waited to long u want to go out while youre on top.

It seems that VS may be going back to 5 "angels" . . . It's weird because Ale did say that she was going to be doing VS work after she got back from Korea, but all signs are pointing to Ale no longer being an angel . . .

just a small thing, her twitter page is all HF ale lol. I really think she wants to be a full time high fashion model now and bigger Supermodel.

The only original one there will be is Adriana, kinda makes me sad, lol.

I agree, her management has said that they wanted to work on changing her image, but it's sad to see her part ways with VS especially without getting the damn Fantasy Bra. She's definitely worked hard to become a staple of the brand (has appeared on more catalogue covers than any other VS model) and I wish her the best in her next endeavor if this is really the end. Hopefully now she'll get a cosmetics campaign!

I suppose the commercial work she did recently (LG TV ads in Korea, swimsuit in Turkey) was a way of getting some of that paycheck back. Another thing that signals her VS departure is that she did a swimsuit show/campaign in Turkey, because earlier this year VS prevented her from walking in the Agua de Coco show in Brazil.

And I just find it odd to see Adriana with the rest of the new girls, they just seem so out of place next to her. If you watched the FNO opening segment it was like VSFS 2003 (Gisele, KK, Adriana, Alessandra, Naomi) and it was fantastic, if VS wanted to create this new group of VS girls I feel like they should've just ushered in the new girls without Adriana since she definitely reminds me of the good ole days of VS.

yes I agree and most of her recent interviews have been all about what she wants to accomplish,what photographers she wants to still work with,etc...she really didn't talk much about VS, like she used to in the past. Do you think things could have ended bad if/when she found out she wasn't getting the fantasy bra? just a thought I had.

I have a feeling this show is gonna have a big empty feeling, at least for me. So many big names gone

I really don't know if things would've ended badly, I mean it's obvious that she moves tons of units for VS, one of the main reasons that she was consistently used in the catalogues more than any other VS model.

She's had her fair share of solo commercials/launches/covers, but for me personally she was kind of overlooked in the show. But as far as VS achievements go, she pretty much had them all except for the FB which I could see being upsetting, but enough to give up a $5 million contract? I don't think so.

I suppose it was VS who chose not to renew it . . . I think she will still show up at the show though, but it will probably be her last. I can't see her walking like Selita and Izabel after she stops being an angel, because she's been a pretty huge face for the company for so long.

with ale supposedly gone adriana is the last of that era. when she goes im done with this show.honestly i dont think miranda or doutzen would be back.the new girls are beautiful but there are beautiful people all over the world.i honestly dont find them that interesting.candice is okay rosie is okay and i cant remember the others but im sure they are just okay as well.i really do wish the new girls the best and i hope they understand the importance of doing other jobs and spreading their wings and that they dont put all their eggs in the vs basket .

I couldn't agree more. Adriana should be around Gisele, KK, and Ale. Watching the FNO opening was epic. I love how Anna Wintour picked the old group of Angles while VS can barely hold on to them. As for the show goes, I think she will look almost ridiculous (that's the nicest way possible) by herself in the show. I know they have Rosie, Chanel, Candice, and Erin, and I think they are all beautiful, but I don't think they have that same status and it factorthat Heidi, Tyra, Gisele, KK, and Ale had.

I am veryinterested in seeing how the next few months play out in terms of who is an Angel and who isn't and who will be at the show.

Adriana has basically become VS's next Heidi. Their biggest name now, their biggest contract and the person who will do most of the major launches, pull in the crowds (did you see the crowd in Canada) and then after her 5 year is done she'll be gone. VS will squeeze everything they can out of her.
