What happens during the pre casting? Girls walk in lingerie and tell a bit about themselves? Was the whole VS team there or are they all only here for the callbacks? Do the models know right after if they've been confirmed for the callbacks?

That still makes a lot of girls going to the callbacks!

I do agree , its a lot and we all know most of this girls won't make it..

I agree as well, definitely a lot. In the precasting they're regularly clothed, it's more of an interview than anything, only in front of John Pfeiffer and his team. In the callbacks, then they're in their lingerie, in front of Ed, Monica, Sophia and John. The agencies will know which models have made the callbacks and which haven't a few hours after the precasting, then they will contact the models. For the callbacks, usually they'll send the models to the agency for their results.
