MY fav Constance, Bregje and Toni... Even though Karmen P. is one o my fav models i wouldn't rate her as high as those 3 girls...

I would've like to see Karmen's Bitchy Stare at the end of the Runway.

I think maybe VS is waiting for the public's reaction on Karlie before making her an angel. Did any of you guys watch the show with someone who doesn't know fashion & models that well? What did they think of Karlie? My mom said she wasn't anything special, but she liked some of the other models.

my friends that I were watching it with were like "Oh she's cute. blah blah blah wait why are they focusing on her". They didn't think she was that special, they just wanted to see all the outfits and all the walking in the heels.

They DID say that Sui and Liu and all the black girls were probably the most gorgeous women they have ever seen.

I definitely give the show a thumbs up but it did not have the snap, crackle and pop that I was expecting, I don't know if it was the show itself or if I was over-exposed - which I can't blame anyone but myself for for watching all of the leaked stuff beforehand.

The people I watched it with thought Karlie was cute. The dance weirded them out, but I think that got a universal "huh" all around. I told them that she was probably the next angel, and they said she was pretty.

I think she did great in the show, and I wouldn't mind her being an angel. She'll fit in with the new VS line-up, so I hope she gets a contract. She's completely serving it in her new Vogue Italia cover too. If she can do that there, then she can do that with Russell James. None of the other non-angels elicited much of a reaction from my group. I did get asked who Lily was when they showed the Christmas commercial. She looked gorgeous and definitely got double takes.

Surprised that no one's talking about how when the angels did their "Let's talk about one another" segment, the only ones featured were Lily, Erin, Candice, Behati, and Adriana.

I think the tempo of the music was too slow. Imo, the only time it really kicked up was during Club Pink. Bad music choices for all the other segments.

Also what was with CBS and the blurring of the ***es???? *shakes head*

My mom seemed to like the more conventional beauties like Adriana, Doutzen, Joan, Shannon & Shanina. She even thought Chanel Iman was cute, and I was like "don't talk to me!"

She wasn't too impressed by Anja or surprisingly Allesandra

TBH in my country with my friends the only girls they focused are Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrossio, cause are the only known models outside the show. They were like waiting for Tyra and Gisele to appear on the screen ahaha

I asked my sister what she thought of Karlie. She doesn't have a clue who any of these girls are. She didn't like or dislike her for VS. Only that she was a bit awkward, but very cute.
She thought, Elsa Hosk was a stand out for the whole PINK-vibe, though. I have to agree on that.

watching the segments now that better qualities are out, I put spell on you: Candice's body is just unrealistic! I mean her body is just ridiculous perfect, how did she manage to have a body like that?! I want to know her full training and diet because this segment in particular make me wonder how it is even possible lol

The ppl I watched with didn't like Karlie. Loved Doutzen and Candice.

I started talking about all the technical stuff like we do here, and they looked at me like I was a weirdo. They only cared about the girls. lol

Well, it took most TFSers at least 2 years to finally like Karlie, so I doubt regular folks are gonna like her during their first encounter

I don't think VS is waiting for the public on anything, it is beyond obvious that they made their decision on Karlie from seeking her out, giving her three looks and closing two segments not to mention the whole show on her first run.

The show was pretty good, so much better than I expected it to be. I wasn't fond of the music, I liked last year's mixes a lot more - but I liked more of the wings this year - the 'automated' stuff. Wish Erin's would have worked haha. Candice's opening was pretty strong and the new girls did really well along with the angels. Karlie's wiggle though.. Jeez lol

I will check the cheesecake forums like Askmen, the Superficial and Skinny vs Curvy to gauge to see how the models look to them. I will asked my cousin what he thought of the models after he watches the show.
