There are definitely openly gay people who are very religious--and some churches that are very accepting. Definitely not mutually exclusive, but a friend of mine was outed by people at church. He got a new church

I never saw an interview with him so I don't know if his voice can tell something about his sexuality, but he looks very straight on the photos in the end of the shows, maybe is what Rachel Zoe says, there is nothing hotter that a gay man that looks straight!
