sorry to say, Pattinson seems the most likely one, though i'd expect from her to "name" him as the Most popular atm, not just very famous atm. dunno.

she had that tone for Efron for awhile now, that's why i'm guessing it might be him.
she hated him until she heard he's helping that youth center lainey's volunteering in, since then it's a 180 degrees turn for her when it comes to articles about him.

when she speaks about Rob she tends to be snarky though she does like him.
