I agree that it's not necessary for VS to have to try and fill a quota of certain models per se in their Angel line-up and catalog/campaign roster. The most important thing is to find girls who can sell and move lingerie. Girls like Heidi Klum, Candice, Rosie, Adriana have a proven record for moving lingerie because they have it all--not just a pretty face.
It's great to have diversity, of course, and that is what everyone wants but at the same time you can't push it. The models for certain work need to be the right type that can sell to the general public. That means the right look and the right body and the right personality etc. They have to have it all and some of those things are out of their control so you can't just push a model into it. There are tons of great new faces with markets opening up and I'm sure there are girls with it all out there. I mean look at someone like Kelly Gale and even Candice Swanepoel who were totally unheard of and were new to most people in fashion but they have it all.

I think she's extremely down to earth and she's a great spokesperson in her interviews and appearances.
