Chanel looks fantastic in her latest VS pics. I wish she'd done the GQ editorial with the other models. I like the cover and spread, so I think the reprints are great. I wish there were more outtakes from it.

For real?? Because I hate to say it since I like this crew of angels but from Adriana and Alessandra on down, they don't seem up to it unless it is limited to kiss blowing photo ops. The angels did very well promoting the VSFS, Adriana especially when it came to the million dollar bra, but they have not been doing as well with the product related events, not every event has been bad, more hit and miss.

Yeah, for the Bombshell Summer fragrance and new line, I believe. Actually, like I said before they have Bombshell Summer, Dream Angels Heavenly Summer, Very Sexy Summer, and SLT's Noir Summer coming up. We should be looking forward to the What Is Sexy? list soon too if they're doing that this year. It keeps seeming to get pushed back more and more. I was also told they have another huge fragrance coming out for the Fall/Holiday too.

I am not Gisele's biggest fan when it comes to VS, I don't hate her or anything, I just don't think that she is all that. Nevertheless, I am kinda surprised that she is difficult to work with (and I am not sure I fully believe it). I can believe that she has high standards and that she has a potty mouth, but most of what I have read about her is positive.

On the other hand, I me some Heidi and I continue to be surprised at how people go on and on and on about how nice she is.

I have trouble believing that too - Gisele has always been mentioned as extremely pleasant to work with (ie, helping the make up artists pack up, never throwing clothes on the floor/always hanging them on racks, etc.).

And the age of the supermodel diva is definitely long gone, you don't get far anymore by being a snatch to anyone, even if you got the looks.

But doesn't Gisele have back problems? I know she's mentioned it before so maybe that's why she was a bit harsh with the wing makers. Someone like her can make those shots and VS is lenient and want the girls to be comfortable in the runway I'm pretty sure they understood her situation.

If you look at her wings for VS she's never had any really "huge" wings as one would expect for such a big angel as her, Her biggest wings were in 2002 and even those don't seem as heavy/impressive as as what other other girl's have had, for example KK's 07's wings, Heidi's in almost every show, Adriana's planned 2010 ones for "Tough Love"/her 2003 ones or Alessandra's 2006 wings.

In 2006 she had bigger wings but the weight was distributed along her arms as opposed to her back (like her . In 2003 she didn't have a set of wings, yet Adriana had two which one can assume VS most likely did plan some wings for Gisele but she couldn't wear them so they switched outfits around.

I don't think she was necessarily a diva for the sake of it but she does have certain needs that are important to her like her back so I can't blame her for "not being the easiest to work with".

this guy probably wanted some attention because any news on Gisele gets publicized x1000. Its like the first person in the industry to say something negative about working with her. I think the good outweighs the bad in this case. and yes she always says she wanted the smallest wings possible. I guess some people can see "tough" as a negative but I don't at all. All the most successful models in history were known to set their standards and it worked for them, not hurt them.

some notably bad wings:

Selita's & Alessandra's arm wings in 2008 - they were lifeless, limp.

KK's spiked ball wing in 2001, which I don't consider wings.

Liu Wen's flags in 2010, I don't consider those wings either, but VS does.

Edita's wings in 2010 - I know it's supposed to be quilt/coutry-ish, but the shapes made it look like bat wings from a distance.

Andi Muise's wing from 2007's Pink segment - I thought those were just ugly.

i find these angels group to be v. lame.... Adriana looks like shes the mom or the boss of all of them. i cannot tell which one is Candice, Lindsay, Lily or Erin. they do have great bodies, but no star power. apart from Adri. is Alessandra still an angel?
i'd hire Hilary Rhoda, Jessica White, Isabeli Fontana, Ana BB....
