In case you haven't had enough Victoria's Secret news, here's another fun tidbit! Adriana Lima spoke to Vogue UK about how she plans to wear her Angel wings forever.

"I will keep doing this as long as I can hold back nature," said Lima, who calls herself the "Mother Angel." "I never want to retire, so I'll do this for as long as my body can hold out!"

Meanwhile, Alessandra Ambrosio, who also walked in her 15th Victoria's Secret show this year, disagrees: "I don't want to go on forever. I know there comes a time that I'll have to hang up my wings, and I'm OK with that. Everyone moves on eventually."

They basically said the same thing to me. That they are staying as long as they can as long as they keep on looking good enough to do so. I'm sure they have nothing to worry about as at this point, it's probably their choice when they want to go. And like I said elsewhere, Adriana's VS contract is obviously considerably more than Ale's. It's probably one of, if not, the biggest contract in the fashion world. While I do want her to leave, she is smart in staying as long as she can. And now that she finally got out of her VS Beauty contract, forget it! It's back to the best of both worlds. And Adriana is living the life right now being hot in HF (Pretty sure she got Balmain and possibly Marc Jacobs this season among other surprises up her sleeve) and still getting commercial money. She doesn't seem to have the strict obligations that the newer girls do (and since there's so many...), so she can do both easily. I wouldn't leave either. You would have to basically kick my @$$ out and tear up my contract in my face. Sorry guys! Looks like we are in for another 5+ years. Mark my words, Candice will be gone before her.

Doutzen did a late night Dutch show snd she said she is done with VS. She had a option to renew, but she and her agency decided not to.

Lindsay and Doutzen out. Adriana is definitely not going anywhere for awhile.

That is so sad, she's so beautiful and has become such a staple. I'm glad it was her decision and she's doing what's best for her, but its sad that she never got a Fantasy Bra.

Wow, can't say I'm surprised seeing as how she was given the shaft so many times and I'm not sure how recognizable she was by the audience to the brand, but I'm still a little sad. I'm sure she has another lingerie company seeking a contract. So that leaves Ale and Adriana with how many years on the next girls? I could understand Ale and Adriana staying on for longer, but it might just look a little silly to have them beside Elsa/Stella/et al.

Personally, I will miss Doutzen SO much as she is tied for my favorite Angel with Candice, but she does deserve better. She never got the FB I think she well deserved and she has done so well with CK and Vogue covers this year that I think she will do even better without focusing on VS. That said, they are crazy for ever letting her leave!

yeah so sad to see her go, she was definitely an angel who got the back end treatment. Which was never deserved for someone so gorgeous and great on the runway. If Adriana and Alessandra aren't leaving, she should have gotten the bra. Even Marissa Miller got the bra...

This is very shocking, I figured Doutzen would have at least another 2 years with them. I still think Adriana and Ale are gone too, but they're too important so VS probably asked them to stay mum about it for the time being, hoping for sales to rise with the fashion show. And then once that dies down, the girls can release statements.

I'm hoping for this! She can't leave without a FB and proper farewell VSFS Will surely miss her but VS didn't find much use for her so it's just as well she moves onto hopefully better things for her.

Doutzen leaving just goes to show you how much the company has changed over the past few years. In the 2000s no one would've ever predicted that someone like Behati would be used more than a bombshell like Doutzen, but that's the new VS era. She's better without them anyway, tbh. Year after year she's always been a supporting angel & not the star, yet she has one of the biggest resumes of all the girls on the current VS roster. I wish her the best of luck in her post angel career, not that she needs it. She'll probably get even more work without them.

With Doutzen gone, I just really hope they don't put Martha or Stella in her place. The last thing we need is another blonde to make the roster even more unbearable. I almost want them to keep just Karlie, Behati & Candice then choose 4 or 5 new angels. VS needs to clean house. Adriana & Ale have been angels for over ten years. They bring nothing new or exciting to the table anymore. Lily is the angel I constantly forget, even though she's in every catalogue & commercial. Elsa is pretty & cute, but not prettier than Candice & not cuter than Behati, so her being an angel does nothing for me. Bring in some girls with STAR POWER for 2015! Please VS!!!

Stella PLEASE NO, she bored me to death in the show, she tries so hard to be sexy. They should pick Romee Strijd she was PERFECT.

They do need some new angels badly! With doutzen going and ale and Adrianna going soon they will need some girls with actual sex appeal. They need to start focusing on girls like shanina, Cindy and Kate. And as a pink replacement for Elsa... Maybe grace or Josephine they both brought such great energy to the show and would both represent the company really well!
