Wow was that a week segment. Toni and Sui were the highlights.

And Candy having that train on in the finale seriously makers her look like she as a lot of junk in the trunk. Jiggle Jiggle. Poor girl.

Honestly, Anja doesn't look that bad in motion. I liked Chanel's performance, you can see the crowd reacting to her and Ale.

Lily A...the duck walk, she was dead on the runway. Doutzen was kind of lifeless too.

Overall, that was a pretty weak opening - not just Candice's fault, most of the models didn't not up the ante.

Why do they feel the need to reuse old stuff if they start so early in the year. I need more originality VS!

oh my goodness. worst 1st segment? Candice looked great, and she didn't go super overboard but her playing with her hair made her look insecure. Glad she smiled at the end though.

Anja didn't look that bad in motion. Ale and her ballet pose was eye roll worthy and Chanel looked straight up like a girl at a party who's drunk but trying to dance to the music. Shame because she has a good walk (ex. Pink 2009). Toni is SOOO gorgeous. Highlight of the segment for sure.

I just cannot understand the music. There's no beat to walk to! No energy! 2006, 2009 and 2010 had such strong energy in the 1st segment. So disappointed.

Its good to see that candice remained true to herself and she didnt come out there trying to be adriana.Her walk was what i expected....I am not one to complain about hand gestures or anything like that.I think the show has evolved over the years and i have grown with it........However what the girls do they should do it with confidence......lily a should only be allowed to walk in the pink segment.......She has been there 3 years now and know signs of improvement.....If lias wants to paint hearts at the end of the runway she should do it wholeheartedly and put some love into it .....it was dead.......doutzen was okay but chanel ...i saw what she was trying to do,but next time she should rehearse in front a mirror and fully commit to what shes doing ,she looked unsure as to what she wanted to do ...if uncertain stick to a traditional walk .

Candice was…meh. Not bad by any means, and a good walk actually, and looked great. Just didn't feel like a show opening walk though.

Ale's posing and high fiving was actually welcome by the time she came out, LOL. It's nice to see something familiar. Although the ballet poses, yeah, I'm side eye-ing

Chanel…smh…girl…I'm a fan of hers, too, and usually thinks she has a good runway walk. But this walk right here? I have second hand embarrassment.

Love Doutzen, and her walk. Love her facial expressions.

Sui He is really pretty. Like her posing at the end.

Lais' walk had a lot of confidence in it. Liked. Even liked the heart at the end.

Miranda, same as with Candice. She looked beautiful, her walk was good, but overall, it was just 'meh' for a segment closing walk.

Thank you for the videos, Lovemusic22! Gosh, I hope the producers can resurrect some magic cos Candice's opening was awful. And Chanel...I was going to give her the benefit of the doubt. But PUT YOUR ARMS DOWN BESIDE YOU. I like the opening segment music, but the outfits didn't match the music, imho. I don't think Candice's opening outfit was appropriate. Boring boring boring outfit. Kudos to the producers for 'attempting' to make a good mash-up for the finale but it was a bad attempt. It was basically cutting a verse from each song and playing them one after the other. Really disappointing.

Lovemusic22, could you please upload them to youtube? My computer played them once now I can't get them to work again. Only if you can!

Okay that first segment was a disaster. Candice playing with her hair while opening the VSFS. Seriously?! It lacked so much energy, and Candice honestly looked slightly lost the whole time. I hope this is her last time opening.

Who's idea was it to put Lily A in the first segment? Dear lord that was embarrassing. And then people wonder why she only gets two looks. No words for Chanel. Such a mess, she looked drunk. Once again, thank god it was the only walk in the real segments (not PINK).

The other girls did great I think. Not a fan of Ale's ballet arms, but hey, at least she's hot. Toni effing owned that segment. The way she winked and turned reminded me of the VSFS 2005. So sexy.

I'm laughing so hard at the disastrous Ballett segment Lily, Chanel and Ale are ridiculous, Lais looks bored out of her mind and Candice definitely lacks the energy to open the show. Yikes. Sui He, Doutzen and Miranda did a great job though.
